Went very well. Pedro is very nice and outgoing. He fully inspected our home before his team arrived. They cleaned EVERYTHING! Home looks great! Trust me, the house was very dirty and it looked like walking into a new timeshare when finished.

Pedro came to estimate the job within 1 day of calling them. He was on time and thorough in checking the house. The cleaners came on the date/time promised. They worked non-stop and did an excellent job. Pedro's wife came to check on the job when everyone was done, to make sure the job was complete and to my satisfaction. This is a professional and conscientious company. I will definitely call on them for future cleaning jobs. The house is spotless.

Fantastic. I have used Magic Touch for at least a year now (I think they just changed their name to Mr. Clean Services) and when I got back yesterdayI was reminded how good they are. There cleaning services are great, their people are nice and Pedro and Susanna and wonderful to work with. Specifically where ever they can help you with scheduling or timing they will. Love this company!

We purchased a condo that needed cleaning before moving in, but we had the company come in right after the movers delivered everything. I assumed with the company sending 2 girls to come and clean, that the work would be quick and efficient. It was not. One young lady started on our Master bath and talked on her cell and played in her hair for 20 mins. The other young lady was doing the kitchen and what I thought was a good job, was not. There was dust left in the cabinets, the stove wasn't wiped down completely and the refrigerator was still dirty. I was so fed up with them trying to stay longer in order to make more money, that I just called the owner and asked for them to leave. I will definitely not be using them again in the future.

Very friendly people and on time. It was a regular house cleaning with no surprises, good or bad. They came back to clean something they did not do, at no charge! PS. I am a picky person....

I purchased a home, and once the previous owner had removed their belongings it was painfully clear that this home had not seen a broom, mop, dust rag, window cleaner, vacuum, or any other cleaning solution or device in many, many years! It was to the point where the curtains, swags, shears, and even the wire shelving in the closets could not be saved, and had to be thrown out. There was a tremendous amount of dog hair, dead palmetto bugs (and their droppings), along with what may be mouse droppings as well. Everything was well... filthy! This was not dirty... oh no... this was something much, much more disgusting... years of neglect! I contacted Magic Touch, and Pedro came out, gave me an estimate, and he was a little shocked when I told him someone had been living in the home just a week earlier. But, he gave me his advertised rate on Angie's List, the 10% discount, and a date to do the work, I say work because this was no dust and mop cleaning job! I was pleasantly surprised when I showed up half way thru the day to find the venetian blinds draped over the fence drying after having been cleaned and rinsed. Kitchen - clean, Bathrooms - clean, closets, baseboards, floors, windows, fans, light switches, you name it, it's clean! 3 people, 9 hours, surgical masks (honestly I'm surprised they didn't wear hazmat suits, I would have), and multiple bags of trash later, and it was done. Now, I'm not afraid to be inside of the home for more than an hour at a time without something sticky, and furry growing on me. 3 people, 9 hours WHAT A JOB! It came out better than I could have ever imagined. If your moving in, or out I would recommend contacting Magic Touch... you won't regret it!

We were moving and closing within a day of each other. I needed someone out to my condo to clean on a specific day. Pedro came out and gave me an estimate and was able to accomadate my tight schedule. You rarely find vendors like Pedro in South Florida. He was very outgoing and honest. He told me that he thinks it would take 5 hours for two people to clean my place, but also said it might take an hour more, but that was the limit. I really appreciated him putting a cap on it. The crew showed up on time and were great. The house looked amazing and was spotless. They did exactly what I asked which included inside and outside all of the appliances, cabinets, bathrooms, and windows. I would definitely use and recommend Magic Touch Cleaning Corp again!

Made an appt. with Magic Touch to come to the house to see what we wanted done. The office rang the day before to confirm that Pedro, the owner, would be there for the appointment. He did a thorough inspection, checking for dust all over the house and closets and inspected the fridge and stove etc. He gave an estimate and set a date for Wed Dec 12th that was convenient to us. On Monday his office rang to confirm the service date and again on Tuesday. On Wed the crew turned up promptly at 9.00 am as arranged and did a splendid job. There were 3 of them and they spent close to 8 hours and ended up saving us some money as they finished the house to our satisfaction in less time as originally estimated. Pedro did an inspection and made adjustments to things he was not satisfied with. Magic Touch staff are friendly and professional and their rates are very reasonable. We would be happy to work with them again.

We called Pedro and he show up the next day and gave us an estimate. Very reasonable price and we have had them clean our previous residence once in the past and know they do a very good job. The cleaning crew arrive on time the day of service and Pedro said he will be back later to check on his staff. He came back about half an hour before his staff finish off the cleaning. He checked all the surface and inside all the cabinets to make sure they are cleaned. He even made his staff mop the floor a second time because he doesn't think it was clean enough. Overall the quality of the job done is great. Pedro is great and I like how he personally makes sure his crew did the job right.

When we closed on our house, we only had 1 full day to have it deep cleaned before our shipment would be delivered. We had contacted several different cleaning comapnies, but Pedro and his team were the only ones to respond immediately (quick preview of the house and presented us with an estimate). They returned the next day with their cleaning team of 8 people. They worked for 6 hours straight - paying attention to details of all closets, cupboards, baseboards, air vents, fans, blinds, windows (inside and out) and power washing the patio. The next day we received a follow up call on their services - only issue being the grout not getting completed because of time. They were quick to schedule a new appointment to finish the deep cleaning of the grout and it looks amazing. We are very satisifed with their service and the short amount of time they had to work with to get it all done.

I am writing to register a complaint about ?The Magic Touch Cleaning? company and specifically about Pedro Osain the so called owner. I thought about this action for several days before sitting down to pen this e-mail. I pondered on this because I understand that the impact of doing this could jeopardize his business. I am not the kind of person who would maliciously do something like this. But, the owner?s actions command this action by me to warn others. I contacted this company originally to perform a basic cleaning service at my house for $250. This took place on October 31, 2012. Mr. Osain arrived with his crew to my house. He entered the house and without my permission immediately started opening my cabinets, the stove and other items in the house looking for additional work in order to bill me. I should have recognized this as the first bad sign that money was definitely his main goal here. I was sort of in a bind because I had guest coming the next day and needed the work done. By the time, the crew left, the bill had sky rocketed to$545.00. I arrived from work to look at their work. At first appearance, it looked as though the crew did a decent job. So I provided $100 dollar tip to the crew and paid the $545.00 cleaning bill and they left. Later that night I went to adjust the blinds in my house and started to find that several blinds that were operational prior to their cleaning were no longer functional. They could not be raised or lowered and in some cases were broken. I called Mr. Osain and informed him of this problem and let him know that all the blinds were working prior to his cleaning crew arriving. He said he would come the next day between 4:00PM and 5:00PM. I waited until 5:30 PM the next day and Mr. Osain had not arrived at my house, so I called him. He said that he was running late and would be there between 6:30 PM and 7:00 PM. First, he did not have the courtesy to call and let me know that he would be late. Now, I have guest from out of town, and we have to put off eating dinner so we would not be interrupted when he arrived. It was then 7:15 PM. He still had not arrived. I called him and he said that he was on his way. Again, he did not have the courtesy to call and let me know that he was running late. I told him to call from the manned security gate because I did not leave his name at the entrance. He finally arrived at my house at 7:45 PM. I still do not how he circumvented the security at my community because I never got a call from them. I let Mr. Osain into my house and showed him several of the problems with the blinds. I explained to him that the blinds were functioning before his crew cleaned them. The first thing out of his mouth was that he was not responsible and it was not his problem. I explained to him that it was his problem and the blinds should be in the same condition as when he arrived the previous day and that I just need him to get them back to that state. . He then became angry and started to raise his voice and engaged me in a loud discussion. I had guest in the house and did not want them to have their evening ruined by this. I asked Mr. Osain to leave my house because of the way he was acting. He refused to leave and continued with his loud conversation. I had to call 911 police emergency to get him to leave. My guest asked me if I needed assistance. I told them no let the police take care of it. He only left the house after I called the police. Keep in mind that this man was paid in full the day before and a $100 tip given to his employees and my blinds are still not working. Mr. Osain should change his name to Mr. Insane. This is not a person that you want inside your house. He is lucky that I did not have children in the house at that time or things could have ended up differently. I would not have let them see someone acting in that manner in my house. My guest and I showed great restraint and let the police take care of the situation. I do not recommend this man or his company. Given the fact that he circumvented my security, I am making this public record in case any damage occurs to my property or anyone in my family. I should have had him arrested for trespassing.

The company was very flexible with scheduling my cleaning for the day and time I wanted. On the day of my cleaning the crew arrived on time and began working immediately after I showed them around the house. They provided all their own cleaning products and supplies. The only thing I provided was a step ladder for higher to reach places. After all of the work was performed they asked for me to point out anything I think needed more attention. They happily went over any areas I was concerned with, and did not add this on as extra time. I felt this was a great display of making sure the customer is satisfied, which is hard to find in a business these days. Magic touch listened to my needs, dealt with my concerns and made sure my happiness was priority. Overall, the experience was great and the price was exactly what was quoted to me initially.

We have not had our our office cleaned in a while and it was definitely needed.The owner came and gave us an estimate (the lowest we had found). They came back on the scheduled date and did an outstanding job! Very detailed, our office has never been cleaner, definitely will recommend!

3rd Visit. I have been extremely pleased with their service. They pay great attention towards customer satisfaction. They are very thorough. The owner came out to do the consult. The owner came back to do an inspection at the end of the day for the first visit as well. They are very detail oriented. It is just a great service. The team is very professional, as well.

It went well. They cleaned the 2nd floor on day 1, and the 1st floor on day 2. I plan to use them every two weeks for general maintenance cleaning.

I have used them once a month for the last year. They always arrive on time and do a very professional job. Two people arrive and it takes them 3 hours to clean the house. They do not waste anytime. They are busy from the minute they arrive. Magic Touch always makes sure at least one of them speaks and understands English which is very important to me as I do not speak any Spanish. They always follow instructions and do an excellent job. I am very happy with them. The owner Pedro always checks to make sure I am happy with their work.

I was in search of a professional and efficient company to assist with cleaning of my home in Florida as my family conducted a move to a new state. The house had been vacated for only a few days and needed full kitchen and bathroom cleaning, as well as cleaning of all glass (including a number of very large sliding patio doors). I contacted Pedro and I was immediately impressed by his responsiveness, courteousness, and flexibility in providing an estimate. I did a walk-through with Magic Touch to determine the cleaningrequirements, and contrary to other reviews, I did NOT feel that I was being sold extra services that I did not need. We agreed upon the work required, the timing of the job and the estimated costs.Magic Touch was very professional and responsible working with me which was important as I had already moved my family to our new state when they they came to my FL house to perform the work. Their communication was excellent and the results exceeded my expectations.

They arrived on time and worked all day cleaning which the estimate called for. I can't believe the change in the townhouse when they were done. It looks so much better.

They arrived as scheduled. Pedro gave them instructions for each room and inspected each room when they were done. They did an excellent job and the final cost was less than the original estimate. My home has never looked better. I will be using them on a regular basis.
