Mr Clean Services

I had 2 ladies come to my home to give me an estimate for cleaning. I have a large home and was told 3 cleaners for 8 hours. I told them that I did not have cleaning supplies nor a vacuum with attachments. I told them they would need to supply everything. I also said NO bleach (I get horrible headaches from it). They agreed to supply everything. On the day of service 3 ladies showed up with rags, vacuum, bucks and a mop. They did not have cleaning supplies and used dish washing liquid to clean my entire house and they DID use bleach to clean the bathrooms (headache for 3 days!!!) They did a sufficient job at cleaning so I asked them to come back in 2 weeks and I would want them to come every other week after. I ended up asking for the subsequent cleaning 3 times and they still ended up screwing up the date and time. There is a language barrier. The next cleaning 2 people came. Again with no cleaning supplies and no vacuum. Rags, buckets and mop only. I had a discussion with the owner regarding the cleaning supply issue and he was quite rude saying that they do not supply the cleaning products. I told him I did not want my home cleaned but after a lengthy conversation I finally agreed to let them clean that day. Again dish washing liquid was used. Someone did bring a vacuum about an hour later but the rugs did not get vacuumed. The cleaning people left after only 2 1/4 hours. It was not a very good job being that they were there for such a short period of time. I hired a new company since and have been very happy with their service.Their prices are much better and they supply environmentally friendly cleaning supplies as well.

Service was professional and went as expected/promised, we are satisfied with the outcome.

Prior to beginning the weekly maintenance cleanings, an initial "deep clean" was recommended. This was a little pricey, but definitely well worth it. We have an approximately 3000 square-foot house. We have many animals in our house. We have lived in South Florida for over 10 years. It has been extremely difficult finding a cleaning service that is reliable and does good work. We have used at least 4 different services over the last decade. I have been using Mr. Clean for approximately two months now. Nobody is perfect, however these guys are doing a phenomenal job despite all our pets. I plan to continue to use them. I highly recommend them!

The original quote had three people to clean the condo but on the date of service the owners wife felt only two people were needed so sent the other person to another job. They did adjust the price; however, the third person really should have stayed. Overall the did a good job but they did not have a broom and had to use or vacuum because their vacuum was not working properly. In addition, it was very difficult to communicate because both cleaners did not speak English.

They are a rip off. They quoted me $800 to do deep cleaning for my house but I had my house deep cleaning like 3 months prior and I was telling him that the previous housekeeper was not reliable so dust builds up and so if you keep letting dust build up, of course you’ll going to need a deep cleaning but I don’t know. There were cabinets he was looking and saying that the cabinets are fine and I just felt like he was just deployed to get more money and when people see my house, they’ll say like let me charge her more. It’s really weird. The other estimates that I got from other companies were a lot lower and they were all on the same line. I just thought this estimate was really high. I know they are very thorough like he wants to look at everything. He said it looks clean. I told them that the house has been deep cleaned already and I’m not asking for a deep cleaning. I told them that they just need to do is to wipe my baseboard and make sure that my hardwood flooring is clean, dust and clean the bathroom. I don’t need them to clean my cabinets or anything else. He refused to do that because he felt that it would be ruining his reputation if he couldn’t behind the washing machine. He kept it very nice and very professional but he wanted to check everything in my house and I just felt I don’t know if that’s the company’s way of trying to justify that I needed a deep cleaning for my house. He was a very nice gentleman and I’m not going to take that away from him. He takes his job seriously but the part that I was a little perturbed about is that I’m the customer and he needs to listen better. He needs to listen to what the customer needs. The reason I was put off because he could not give me a quote for what I need. He was very charming, respectful, prompt and polite.

On time and very professional. Spoke English very well. There was no communication problem. They cleaned all my windows inside and out. They even cleaned my toaster oven on the counter. I was so happy as to the details that they preform in my house. I am exceptionally pleased. I told them that I will set a monthly cleaning schedule with them.

Very professional, courteous, punctual and as stated. 3 people worked diligently on my home. They all spoke English and were responsive to my needs. I was very impressed with their characters and work ethics. Pedro, the owner, and his wife, oversaw the cleaning and went over every detail. Pedro is very friendly, but also will tell you exactly what should be done. The work was all accomplished as stated and at a price lower than estimated. I was very happy with the work and will use them again.

Pedro came out the day after I called, gave me a quote, and scheduled the service for the next day! His team was on time, and although it took a while (my house had a lot of construction dust), they were excellent. And the topper, I paid even less than the original quote. They completely exceeded my expectations. I cannot recommend them any more highly, and as a matter of fact, have hired them for regular house cleaning.

Arrived early and worked all day except short break for lunch. I would definitely hire them again. What they did in one day would have easily taken me a week. Although there're was some language obstacles, this is south Florida so we muddled through and nothing was lost in the translation. Kinda goes with the territory down here. I would definitely hire them over and over if the need were to arise. Crew took pride in doing a good job...I wish I'd thought to tip them. Ten hours work for crew of 3.5 people on very short notice.

They did an excellent job which I would have considered impossible for me to have done on my own. The ladies were professional and friendly. I conversed with them in my broken Spanish and their broken English. That is what broke the ice. Pedro, who gave me the estimate was wonderful. Everything was spotless. Only complaint was that they did not clean the ceiling fans as was negotiated. I didn't realize it until the next day. Not a big deal: the landlord didn't complain about that.

Pedro (General Manager), stopped by the house and we did a walk thru of what needed to get done. Aside from the cleaning portion, he offered to do some minor repairs in both bathrooms at no cost and pressure clean the patio. On the scheduled date, he showed up with the crew (consisting of three women) and proceeded to instruct each on the tasks that needed their attention. When the job was completed, Pedro proceeded to inspect and had the girls do over a couple of things that were not to his liking which they did and he also made the repairs as promised and the pressure cleaning of the patio. Overall, I'd say Mr. Clean Services, delivers as promised and even though there were a couple of items that could have been cleaned better it was not for lack of effort as he did ask several times If I was completely satisfied before he took payment. There was just too much to clean as the house was vacant for quite some time. I'd definitely recommend Mr. Clean Services and will use them again. Isaac

Initial contact was great with Pedro. Very punctual and thorough. First cleaning with 2 employee's and his wife went well because the wife was fluent enough in English to communicate with. They did a great job in a timely manner. The bi-weekly on the other hand was a problem. The crew did not speak english, were not on time. In fact both times they were suppose to arrive I had to wait for over an hour and then had to change the time. Since the access to the apartment required me to be there it was important the crew be on time or at least close to it. Did not follow Pedro's instructions. SInce the language barrier was unsurmountable I had to cancel the contract. If the crew isn't able to communicate at a basic level it makes it impossible to get the kind of help necessary. I had told the crew that I needed them to come at noon and got a call that the crew would be there at 8:30 am. Either they didn't understand or did not communicate to Pedro that information. If you speak spanish, I'm sure they would be a great contractor.

I was pleased with the service from beginning to end. A few days before the scheduled cleaning, Pedro Osain, the General Manager of the company, came to my home to give me an estimate. He suggested several options that I hadn't thought of, but never pressured me to take them. He carefully explained exactly what the cleaning crew would do. The three women arrived on the date and time specified. They were fully equipped to do the job. Although two of them did not speak English, the third was completely fluent and relayed my instructions to the others. The crew was supervised for the first hour by Mrs. Osain. They worked steadily, with only a brief break for lunch at noon, for six hours. The work included cleaning the tops of cabinets and ceiling fans, moving furniture and vacuuming behind it, scrubbing the fixtures and floor in both bathrooms, and even reorganizing my closet! Of course, I was asked for permission before that happened. They left my laminate floors sparkling and the bathrooms and kitchen spotless. I was extremely pleased. This company may not be the least expensive, but they are the best I've dealt with.

From the first phone call, I found them to be very professional and courteous. When Pedro came to price the job he was running a little late but he called me well ahead of time to let me know and make sure it was ok. He even called me again to let me know he was a few minutes away. I was called the day before my scheduled service to confrim. On the day of my scheduled service they arrived on time spent six hours cleaning my house from top to bottom. I will say that I am an extremely picky person when it comes to cleaning (I see everything!) and this was the first time I have ever had anyone else clean my home. I finally decided to break down and have it done so I could spend my weekends doing something other than cleaning the house! I must say they did a very good job. They cleaned things that I did not expect them to clean, like the sliding glass door gutters and the fireplace. I was very pleased. Mrs. Osain did a walk through with me when they were done to make sure everything was to my satisfaction. I only noticed a couple of minor things that were overlooked a couple of days later (like I said I see everything!) but I know all I have to do is let them know and they will make it right. I definitely plan to use their services again on a bi-monthly basis.

Pedro was very thorough when he came to assess the cleaning job. Later in the week a team of 3 people came and stayed for 7 hours. They did a fantastic job- cleaning all the nooks and crannies and even organized the closets. We will be having regular cleanings from this company from here on out. A+ recommendation!

After calling and speaking to Pedro, he came to our house and gave us an estimate and went through all the services with us. He was able to schedule me last minute which I was very grateful for. Two days later a team of 4-5 people came to my house and spent the whole day cleaning my much neglected home. I was so impressed with the lengths and detail that they were willing to clean. They moved every piece of furniture , cleaned all the fans and lighting fixtures, cleaned out the cabinets and the closets! I highly suggest this team of cleaning professionals, and will certainly use them again!

The workman began at 10:30 and finished at 4:00. He made the house look like new.

I cannot say enough about my experience with Mr. Clean Services. First, Pedro was prompt is responding to my query. He cams by toured my home and gave an estimate. My home needed a lot of cleaning. We scheduled the date for the work. Pedro followed up before that date and confirmed everything. On the scheduled day, they arrived promptly as promised and were ready to go to work. I was introduced to the three individuals who would be cleaning. All were friendly and ready to go. They proceeded to work an clean. they did a thorough job for this first cleaning. They cleaned closets inside and out. They did everything in the kitchen inside and out. The bathrooms were also done to my satisfaction. The carpets were swept well, the tile floors were weel done and the windows, inside and out were well cleaned. When Pedro realized he needed more help he brought in another person. The entire experience was positive to me and I have asked Pedro to come back eery 3 weeks to keep my home in this amazing shape.

I was not here at the time, the cowner of my condo said that he was very rude, aggressive, and he gave us an estimate of 300 to clean a 2 bedroom 2 bath condo.
