Mr Clean Services

When moving into a new apartment where a cat used to live (and you have a cat allergy!), a cleaning is necessary. I called on Mr. Clean on Monday for a cleaning and they were able to get me an appointment for the next day. Pedro and his crew came by yesterday to my Miami Beach apartment and totally made my day. He and his crew of two went to work on my apartment and 4 hours later it was perfect. In 4 hours he and his crew cleaned my floor, dusted and cleaned my windows & fans, cleaned out my AC unit and ducts, moved my refrigerator and dishwasher to wash/dust behind it, cleaned my sheets, did my laundry, and cleaned/dusted every nook and cranny of my one bedroom apartment. Needless to say when I came home 4 hours later, it was spotless. Pedro enthusiastically showed me his worked and I was dancing with happiness. What a difference a good cleaning can make! Pedro has a great attitude, positive and passionate. I trusted him immediately and he pointed out things in my apartment that needed to be cleaned that I had no idea were even dirty. He even offered to unpack my kitchen and organize the cabinets. This was not a necessary step but it just shows you how above and beyond he went to make sure my apartment was perfect by the end. I would recommend to anyone and everyone- this company is the real deal!

Mr. Clean did a FANTASTIC job cleaning the house. As most projects go, the contractors were running behind so Mr. Clean came on a Saturday and spent 6+ hours with a crew of 7 people cleaning the entire house. The dirt and dust from the construction project was on everything and the crew was so thorough making sure they got every surface. The owner, Pedro, came to our house personally to make sure the job started out okay. Everyone showed up on time and ready to work. I would recommend Mr. Clean to anyone. Thank you Pedro!

They did an excellent job. They were careful, and did more than we expected. They had 3 people, and then the owner came to inspect, and she also did some of the cleaning. They worked hard for 8 hours to get the job done. They even took apart a model wooden airplane so that they could dust it. Although the cost was higher than we normally would have paid for a cleaning, the service that they performed was well worth it.

Mr. Clean brought a team of people for the day to the townhouse I just bought. The previous owner had multiple animals and had been very neglectful of the cleaning. This team did a great job and the place is fresh and clean. I was on a tight schedule so that I could move in and they were very responsive to that and got a crew out to me the very next day after looking at the job. I am very pleased with this company and would certainly use them again.

I was in a pinch and needed service on a Saturday.. Last minute. This company not only accommodated me but provided excellent service! I will use them again and highly recommend

Pedro is very professional. He was punctual and very thorough when inspecting my home and giving me an estimate. The day of the service he came with two cleaning ladies and made sure they were all on the same page as to what needed to be done. The ladies were nice and efficient. I did have to call Pedro back for a few minor missed areas and he immediately sent out 2 women to clean those areas . Once they finished with the missed areas they went ahead and did some extra cleaning free of charge. Overall I am very happy with the cleaning and will be using them again soon.

Mr. Clean Services did an excellent job. I called on Wednesday and they were able to come out the next day with a team of five professionals who were able to clean and organize the house from top to bottom in eight hours. The deep cleaning service included all the standard (floors, bathrooms, kitchen, etc), plus the did the windows, organized the linen closets, swept out the garage and much more. The place has never looked so good.

Excellent job. We did deep cleaning, three people in 6 hours and they did a phenomenal job. Planning on keeping them all year long.

The service was amazing and very professional. I had to reschedule and they were very accommodating. Pedro came for an initial inspection and quote. He was very prompt and knowledgeable. The cleaning lasted to 2 days with 3 ladies the first day and 5 on the second. They paid attention to the smallest details including removing towels and toys from the shelves, wiping everything down and organizing everything neater than it was before!! After both days, Pedro would come to oversee the work that had been done, At one point he noticed some of the shelves of the refrigerator had not been properly cleaned and had them wipe it down again. I was extremely happy with the service. I offered to pay 50% after the first day of cleaning, but Pedro refused any payment until all the service was completed and i was fully satisfied. I cannot emphasize enough the terrible condition of my house before they arrived and i was shocked to see how beautiful everything looked afterward. I will be calling them again!!

The owner came to my home (I live in NY) and looked at the home . He saw dirt and dust i did not see and showed me , the walls were covered with dust from the painters sanding . The louvers on the doors and blinds as well were all dusty His crew spent an entire day , and the house is spotless. A home i am proud to show to prospective tenants . THEY DID A GREAT JOB!!

Pedro, the owner, came to check out the place before he took the job. On the appointment date he got here with two women on time. They brought all the equipment and supplies. They cleaned the bathroom, kitchen, living room and bedroom. There were a few areas that I had to point out that were missed and they gladly redid them. Overall they were pleasant and efficient. I did think the price was a bit steep at $50 per hour, but with the job well done, I'm not complaining.

Lady A. & lady S. showed up one hour early. Luckily, I was home. They brought their stuff into the apt.; asked me to heat up their lunch, & proceeded to eat while sitting up against a tree in my front yard. I later found this was all on the clock! I wrote a check for three hours when they said they were done. They seemed like nice girls, so I failed to check their work. The next day I found out they did about 60% of what they should have. Cabinet under kitchen sink, vanity, medicine cabinet, & range top were not touched! I called Pedro, the boss, & he arrainged for a re-clean the next day. The same two girls (shudder) showed up an hour late this time. However, Carolina, a supervisor, was with them. She made sure the girls did what they should have done the first time, & when they left, things were spiffy. There was no charge for this visit. Carolina took me aside & said my complaints were very justified. I place all responsibility for the sloppy first time work on A. & S. & will try Mr. Clean again; providing A. & S. stay far, far away.

It went relatively well. They left the house very clean and the floors shined. The carpet still looked stained, but that could just be because the stains were already set in. Pedro and Amparo, the two individuals I dealt with, were very professional and helpful.

I was very pleased with the service and thoroughness of Mr. Clean Services. I asked for an estimate of the work to be done and was visited by Mr. Pedro who I understand to be one of the owners. He explained the work that would be done and that gave me a quote that I considered very reasonable. On the agreed upon day, they arrived very promptly and proceeded to efficiently get the job done. I am very happy with their service.

Very professional. Did a thorough job on a condo that hadn't been properly cleaned in a long time. Cleaners were thorough (three of them), pleasant, and respectful, and Pedro is a gentleman and a pleasure to deal with. It is a bit expensive (though definitely not unfair for the amount of labor done) for me personally to use this service on a regular basis for my new home, but if you need a thorough cleaning of your apartment or home, especially for a move-in move-out situation or a home that hasn't been cleaned in a long time and needs something more than just a general bi-weekly cleaning, I highly recommend Pedro and his team!

Great experience, was Leary before the visit but these girls worked their butts off, did much more than I expected, oven cleaning totally cleaned oven cleaned inside cabinets. Oner cam to inspect the work. This was deep cleaning. I was so impressed I signed up for monthly light cleaniing.

Pedro is awesome and he always follows up. We stopped for a while for financial reasons, but plan to use him again.

The initial consultation showed the professionalism I am looking for. I detailed my areas and of concern and the provider talked to me about all the things that can and will be done. To my surprise they exceeded my expectations. I live in a condo building that requires any and all contractors to submit their license and insurance, they sent to the management and followed up with them. (FYI, the management isnt the most responsive) We scheduled a cleaning time from of 16 hours and they arrived at my door right on time. The workers (3 of them) needed no instruction and began cleaning the condo. I was able to step out and began my day without having to micro-manage. Because we moved into the condo during the construction, dust was everywhere. They were able to not only remove the dust, but also organize my cabinets, A BIG PLUS!!! They worked tirelessly and used the 16 hours to fully clean the condo. The porcelain flooring shines without water marks. Everyday after the cleaning, I notice something that had been fully cleaning. I am impressed and will use them again.

Pedro is a professional, he knew exactly what we needed and gave his professional and honest opinion, he sent good people to do the job and we will be working with him on an ongoing basis.

Our job was delayed several times. We kept Pedro, Mr Clean Services, informed and he was all that makes a business successful. My wife and I felt that we could depend on this man even though he could not depend on us. Our job was delayed several times as I wrote, over the course of 6 weeks. It was becoming embarrassing for us to call to delay the start of our deep cleaning again and again, but Pedro was nothing short of professional and understanding. We found Mr. Clean on Angies List. From the day we met to the day the job was completed, Pedro was always smiling and could not do enough for us. He made us feel comfortable about delaying our job over and over again. We felt like school children who kept forgetting to get our report card signed by our parents. Nothing we said could take the pleasantness out of Pedro and his office personnel. Thumbs up for Pedro and Mr. Clean Services. We plan on using him for our routine cleaning after we settle back into our home because his crew was fantastic. There wasn't one item in our home that was not full of construction dust and they cleaned it. From our walls, pictures, drawers, clothes (that were not taken with us to our alternate living place), dishes and utensils, floors (of course), we could not be happier. Pedro called back the same day I left a message. He came by and gave us an estimate. On the agreed on date he came with a helper and spent over 5 hours, power washing everything. I am not proud to say my patio was filthy. It is now immaculate.
