Great!!! I cannot recommend Pedro and his team highly enough!! The arrived on time and let themselves in with the lock box to get started. Pedro called me within 20 mins to say they were in OK and started work with him and his crew of 4. He met me exactly at the time agreed to rent scaffolding, and the first place didn't have it and Pedro even followed me to another place! When we got back to my house after lunch with the scaffolding, his crew of 4 people were working hard. The exterior windows were VERY VERY dirty and literally 2 girls workd for several hours scrubbing with alcohol and razor blades to remove a fine film of house paint that was caked on the windows. I don't think I've ever seen a window so clean. Really. The rest of the place was spotless. Pedro pointed out 2 small marks on windows they couldn't get off as he was concerned I would think they missed them. His crew was very polite and kind. They did run a little short on time since the job was so big, so after 10 hours he sent 2 people home, and 2 stayed to help finish and do the light bulb changing on the scaffolding. Pedro is a very nice honest person with a good work ethic. In the end, the 2 people stayed 2 hours extra and Pedro charged me an additional $95 that brought my total to $765 +$95 = $860. It was worth every penny. The next 2 days I moved in my family, including 2 young girls, and we were able to immediately use the kitchen, bathrooms and showers without having to clean on top of everything else to do with moving. I feel like this was a very fair price for the level of detail, quality, and hard work given by Pedro and his crew.

They two woman that were sent to clean were very professional and polite. They did an awesome job cleaning my house. We had to provide the cleaning materials. Our house is about 1100 sq ft, 3 bedrooms/2 bath and it took them 4.5 hours to clean. It was well worth it. I would use them again. Thank you.

The woman in charge was polite, even though it started out rough because they came earlier then anticipated and I had told them I wasn't going to be home from work till 3:20 the earliest. She was in her car leaving when I arrived but the workers were in the back cleaning the patio. Not sure where she was going?? I was told there were going to be 2 workers but they brought 3 so I spoke with Pedro and he assured me the price would be the same as discussed when Ampara came to my house to give me an estimate. So I had them continue because I needed my house cleaned especially the tile floors. There were times I had to point some things out to them to go back and clean (hanging dust in light fixtures, glass door at bottom smudges they missed and sneaker marks on floors where they walked when floor was still wet) All these were fixed and when they left they mopped one more time on their way out and I stayed on couch till floors were dry to avoid anymore foot markings. I told them again at the end that I got them from Angies list and they said I was paying that price, but I see now that the coupon says $170 for 4 hours of work and I paid $225. They told me that was with a 15% discount from Angie's List. They may have been there more then 4 hours, not sure because when I asked them when they arrived, no one could tell me the time?? So, wasn't happen with the amount I paid. After the floors dried I saw many spots that still had the construction dirt and paint still on the floors. There were dirty spots in the kitchen that I had to get down on my hands and knees and scrub clean. After paying what I did, that made me very unhappy. The mirror in the entryway (which I thought I saw them use a rag on to clean) was not cleaned at all and I took a picture where I wrote the words "clean me" on it to show them if they want to see that. I felt that I could have hired one of my friends housekeepers to come in and do the job they did for a fraction of the cost. I do have to say, they did a great job on my patio area but I wasn't extremely happy with anything else. I would not recommend them for Post Construction work at all. I will never use their services again. In response to Mr. Clean - I never did receive a follow up call the next day from your service. If I had, I would have told them I was unsatisfied. I would not have allowed you all to come back into my house anyway as I wasn't happy with your service and they way you cleaned my home. Please don't advertise that you do post construction cleaning, because you don't.

I had called Mr. Clean and set up a specific day to do the appointment (I live in New York and had to make a trip down to Ft. Lauderdale for the service as I wanted to be there). The lady showed up right on time to appraise the work and told me she could not do it because it was too dirty and Mr Clean is a company that prides itself on its work and they would want it to be left in perfect condition. I had explained to the person I had set the appointment up with that I knew it would be dirty and did not expect perfection, I just needed it cleaned to the best of their ability in the four hour window of time.

Pedro and his team from Mr Clean worked from 8-6 on an older home I purchased that needed cleaning before we moved in. The home had been neglected for years and the layers of dust and dirt were challenging. Mr Clean did it all. Windows (inside and out), floors, tile, grout, carpet, cabinets, closets, bathrooms, garage, etc. etc. etc. Every square inch on the interior of my home was thoroughly hand cleaned with precision and pride. They did a great job and Pedro is awesome to work with. Will use in the future for all my cleaning needs.

I contacted Mr. Clean Services regarding a move-out cleaning service from a rental property. They returned my call immediately and coordinated a convenient time to come see the property for an estimate of the services. On the scheduled day of the cleaning service they arrived early and went right to work. They sent a team of 3 and worked solid for 6 hours. They had GREAT attention to detail. The bathrooms and kitchen were spotless when they were done as were the rest of the rooms. They cleaned the inside of the fridge to the point it looked brand new and all residual signs of use were completely removed from the cabinets, drawers and pantry. The bathrooms looked like they had been recently renovated. Mr Osain came to review the work at the end of the day to ensure I was completely satisfied. He did a very thorough inspection. I highly recommend Mr Clean Services.

The two cleaners arrived with their supervisor who went through the apartment and with my guidance gave them directions on what to do. They were very thorough and spent two and a half hours vacuuming,mopping,cleaning baths and counters and ledges etc.i would use them again.

My experience with this company was wonderful from the beginning. I called the company and it went to voicemail, but as I was leaving a message they called me back. The owner came by the next day to do a walk through of my house and discuss the cleaning and price. We scheduled the deep cleaning for the very next day. The cleaning team was amazing. A team of three spent almost 8 hours and I could not be happier with the results. They were punctual, professional and detail-oriented. The owners inspected the work and were more thorough than I was. We have several pets and I could not find any fur on the furniture or floor when they were done. It was well worth the price and I would have paid more based on all the work that was done and how hard the team worked. I would recommend this company without any reservations and I have already signed up for weekly maintenance cleaning. I look forward to having a clean house every week.

I called Pedro from Mr. Clean to get an estimate for cleaning my newly constructed house. I along with my wife a extremely particular with who we trust to come in our house and who cleans it. Pedro was the nicest person ever from the moment he took my phone call. He immediately set up a time to come by and check out the entire house and put together a proposed plan. He is 100% professional! I notified him that my wife is EXTREMELY OCD about cleanliness. There should not be a speck of dust once the cleaning is done. In the past 11 years, my wife has never been truly satisfied with any cleaner....until now. Pedro brought a complete team of cleaners to the house around 10am. They cleaned every nook of the house. Remember, this is a newly constructed house with dust and paint EVERYWHERE!!! Pedro and his team made the house shine. There was no dust anywhere. he even took a video to show that there was no dust behind closets, under beds, in pantry, under dishes...nowhere. This is the best service I have ever used. He is not the cheapest cleaner, however, he is the best! if you are looking for a discount cleaner you may want to look else where, but if you want quality, professionalism, trust worthy, passionate cleaners...call Pedro. Pedro came with 2 of his employees. They were right on time and very professional and courteous. The 2 ladies worked very hard and did a wonderful job cleaning the condo. Pedro returned to make sure the job was done to his excellent standards. We'll definitely be using Pedro's service again!

Pedro Osain and his team have cleaned our home for over three years. Their work is consistently good, and the price is fair and reasonable. They always show up when scheduled and are very trustworthy. The same representative always calls to confirm our appointments and works with us to reschedule when needed. Also, whenever we ask for a change or addition to our service, they are responsive and accommodating. We are happy to recommend Mr. Clean to others.

Essentially I get a 2 hour clean every couple of weeks, What makes Mr. Clean great for me is the fact that they are so flexible and sometimes I need to have my appointment time moved because of work restraints. They always cheerfully adapt for me and I'm so grateful. This comes on top of the team who do a stellar job. I'm a little anal and always check that the job is done right and the little things that many cleaners miss, Mr Clean gets. My job is a residentail house including kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms.

Pedro and his crew have been taking care of my home for about 5 years now, and I wanted to do a follow-up review from that time period. Pedro and his ladies (usually ladies, sometimes men) have been fantastic over the long haul. They are prompt. They give a reminder call every time. They have been thorough, honest, flexible and have done an excellent job. I have never had any issues or problems with them and I can trust them to do a good job.

We have been using Mr. Clean every other week for almost 4 years. We have always found them to be trustworthy and respectful. They have always proved to be dependable, and the work is done well. Pedro has always been able to accommodate any schedule changes or special cleaning requirements we had. He truly has a passion for providing great service, and has always put in the extra effort that sets his company apart from other cleaning services we tried. We gave Pedro a key to the house, as well as an alarm code so they could come on days the we are not available to be home. They have been doing that for years now, and we have never had any problems related to leaving them alone in our home.

I wasn't sure what they did extra but as time went on, I saw that they had cleaned inside the refrigerator and some of the cabinets. They also vacuumed the furniture. They didn't do 2 things I had specifically asked them to do but when I told them, they did it while one of the ladies complained the whole time. The second time, two different ladies came and were late because they were given the wrong address. Pedro didn't come with them to show them where my house was or what to do. They did an ok job on the maintenance cleaning. One thing I didn't like is that both crews kept leaving furniture and ladders in the middle of the floor. I also don't like that they use my supplies and equipment. I had the same cleaning people for 10 years previously so I don't know if this is the norm now but I don't like paying all that money and then having to buy supplies on top of it.

Mr. Clean Services has been cleaning my house regularly for several years. I have always been very satisfied with the cleaning service provided, and I trust the company so much that they have a key to my house and their own code to my alarm system. The company very much deserves the many "A" ratings it has received.

Everything went extremely well. The girls were very hard workers and very efficient. They did not waste a minute. Except for a brief lunch break, they never stopped working

I was downstairs with the my toddler. I checked upstairs after about an hour and realized that the bag with my jewelry in it (we had recently moved) was open and looked like it had been rifled through. I immediately checked the jewelry box where I had put my wedding and engagement ring temporarily (due to recent skin irritation). They were missing. I immediately called the owner and told him the problem. His initial response was to deny that anything could have happened and call me a trouble-maker. He did come back to the house and talk to his people. I called the police, who could only write a report but not search the people. Later that night I discovered an iphone missing as well. I let the owner know, and he didn't believe that either. Long story short, the cost of this visit was substantially more than they already overly high price he charged.

Called for service and our address was given two times...once to the lady that answered the phone and once to the owner Pedro. Pedro said he needed to see our home before appointment could be made and we scheduled to meet the next day. He never showed up. The next day we got call from office and they said they forgot to write address down. A day later we got anther call and lady said she spoke to my wife earlier (which she never did) and wanted to make appointment. Office needs to get act together.

Absolutely great. I have a 3200 sq ft home and trying to keep windows clean on first floor was a days event, and was never able to clean second floor other than hose windows down. It got to a point where I had to call professionals and Pedro and his crew were wonderful. Timely, thorough, and in all worked for seven hours straight til job was done. Now I can see clearly out of my windows and house looks spotless. No streaks, no chemicals. Great team!

They were pleasant and worked very hard. They came prepared with cleaning supplies. They cleaned Everything, windows, moved furniture, inside cabinets, patio, nothing was left undone. It was worth every penny! I have 25 windows!

Mr. Clean Services cleaned my house just before Christmas. It really needed to be deep cleaned, top to bottom. They cleaned everything-the usual as well as all of the windows (inside and out) & screens, inside of all cabinets, drawers, refrigerator interior, oven interior, laundry, doors, and all the little nooks and crannies you can think of. They came well prepared and were very nice. A big job like mine was expensive (it took hours) but worth every penny. Their regular cleaning pricing is a little high, but the attention to detail will please the pickiest homeowner. I would recommend them to someone else.

To his credit Pedro answers calls, shows up and acts like he cares. This was not cleaning a house though, it was cleaning and preparation of two vacation rental apartments.. like a five star hotel. I was out of town. The problem I had is that although Pedro said he was there and checked and everything was "perfect" and "sparkly", I do not believe Pedro really knows what "sparkly" is because he missed a lot of things. I did not care how much he charged, but I stressed perfection, because I advertise five star cleanliness and one bad review could seriously hurt my business. When I met Pedro I suspected he was a bit of an arrogant "bs artist" and that ended up sadly to be true, because Pedro will not admit that they did anything imperfectly. He professes to be perfect yet he's not. (This is because he does not know perfection.) He knew in advance that this was to be like a fine hotel, however, they left "used soap" in the bathroom (!), made the beds poorly, left greasy glasses in the cupboard and did not get the corners of the floor. If I had a job that required making a bed, I would certainly watch a you tube video on how to do it. The cleaning girl I spoke to was very nice and while she certainly could have been trained further, she does not know what she does not know, because Pedro cannot tell her, (because he does not know). The reason I will not ever use them again, is simply because of the reaction I got from Pedro. Although they missed a lot, when I tried to explain this to Pedro he swore they had left it "100% perfect!" and .. this is the crazy part?that someone must have come in after they left! That is preposterous. There was also the issue of a cigarette burn on the sofa. I do not allow any smoking in the vacation rental apts and question my guests carefully before booking them. The cleaning girls said there was no burn on the sofa when they vacuumed it. Yet, AFTER they finished cleaning, Pedro came in to "review" what had been done... and Pedro smokes. I found many cigarette butts thrown outside. While I cannot prove that the burn came from Pedro, after questioning the cleaning girl and also the quality guests who had checked out, I conclude in my own mind that it had to be him. No one came into that apt. between the time they cleaned and when I saw it. Pedro is a good talker. In my opinion he needs to care more about training his personnel.

The experience was great. I called Wednesday morning to meet with Pedro and he showed up early that same afternoon. I had been planning to make changes to portions of my house following a vacation I had planned for the upcoming weekend, but I wanted everything thoroughly cleaned before starting to make alterations, and he made himself and his crew available to come just two days later, prior to my going away. On Friday, Pedro showed up with three of his employees. They were on time, and may have actually been a few minutes early. Everyone who showed up at the house was kind, professional and hard-working. Other than a lunch break, everyone worked non-stop and was very courteous. I even left the house for a little while to run some errands and felt comfortable with everyone in the house and, as expected, there were no issues having left the house. I found Pedro to be very honest. When we met, he was quick to point out things he felt did not need to be cleaned or touched up and he was receptive to my thoughts and what I wanted to accomplish. And before leaving at the end of the day, Pedro made sure there was nothing else I needed cleaned and ensured that the house looked the way I wanted it to look. The garage looks better than I ever thought it could look.

It went great. Pedro, the owner, was there in the morning and the evening to check for quality and to ensure everything was completed to our expectations. We highly recommend this company to others.
