Mr Clean Services

Mr. Clean first sent Pedro, the General Manager, to check our house and provide an estimate. Today, they did a good and thorough job and Pedro himself came to supervise everything personally. We were so pleased with the service that we hired them to come every week. They spent more time than we planned and yet we were charged the agreed upon fee.

Overall, I was very happy with the service and the ladies did a great job. I would hire them again when needed.

I needed someone to come in to do a deep clean on my home prior to my family coming to visit. Mr. Clean Services was quick to respond to my request for setting an appointment and was very flexible with my schedule. They came over for an initial assessment and was very fair in the quote they provided. On the day of the cleaning, they were right on time. The crew went right to work and did a tremendous job. Their attention to details was excellent and I can honestly say my windows have never been more clean then they are now! I would definitely hire Mr. Clean Services again in the future!

My overall experience was great with this company. They responded quickly to my inquiry. The day of service the girls showed up on time and we began a walk through of what I wanted done. I supplied all cleaning supplies, including gloves ( which in my opinion they should come with at least their own gloves). The girls were very thorough, pulling beds away from walls and cleaning in back. They dusted lightbulbs and hard to see areas. I think overall efficient. Just a little constructive criticism.... It would be a nice touch for staff to at least wear t-shirts that say the name of company. It would just feel more professional. I would like to use them in the future.

I got an estimate from Victoria after she and the owner visited my house. We did a walk through of the house and give me an estimate of 3 staffs to clean for 6 to 7 hours. With 15% discount it will cost me $446.5 plus $30 dollars of supplies. I agreed with the quote and scheduled them to come in on 9/1 at 9am. They showed up at 10am and when they got to my house. A supervisor or some sort showed up and told me the estimate given by Victoria is wrong. Without telling me in advance, she brought in an extra staff and told me that one extra staff is needed. Someone should have contacted me a few days ago so I can make plans. As I am moving in this week, she gave me no choice but to accept the additional staff. As I mentioned again the job should be completed between 6-7 hours. She told me that with an extra person, they will be able to do that. Then at around 6pm, she called me and told me her staffs have worked for 8 hours in order to complete it. She told me if she comes in to estimate then she will tell me it needs 12 staffs and 12 hours to clean my house. This is so wrong. If I have been told up front and agree upon, it is fine with me. But tell me on the day show up for the job with an extra person and still not complete on time then ask me for more money is just completed incredible?! I paid and I have no choice since I don't have time to find another company. They don't stand by their quote. I will not hire them to work in my house again and members please beware!!

The two ladies were on time. They were pleasant enough, although communication wasn't the greatest because they spoke spanish and I don't. They worked hard throught the whole time. I paid for 4 hours work, but they finished in 3 hours and 20 minutes. The thing I didn't like, was that I was told that they didn't provide the cleaning equipment and if I wanted them to , I'd have to pay an extra $20.00. So I did. Otherwise the house looks good and smells clean.

I called Pedro because he was recommended by Angies List. Since I had such good luck with those from Angies List that I had called, I decided to call Pedro as the last step before putting my house up for sale. His girls came in to clean my house to get it ready for staging, and I couldn't believe how beautiful my house looked. I even had my neighbors come in to look at it. The second time I had the girls clean my house was when the furniture was all removed and the house was empty. I wanted the owners to have a clean house. Again the house was spotless. Unfortunately, the buyers fell through and the house went up for sale again. I kept checking on the house. I discovered each time I went in the house that the house was still spotless. One neighbor commented that she could see her face in the tub, it was that clean. I highly recommend this service. I am moving out of the area, but Pedro assures me that the girls will come to clean where I am moving. I intend to take him up on this. This recommendation is late because I had trouble with the buyer who didn't qualify. He wanted the house and kept trying but in the end couldn't get the financing. Pedro's recommendation got put on the back burner. As the house has just sold at full price (8/16/14), I feel Pedro had a lot to do with that. .

it went very well, It was a last minute job and Mr. Clean was very accommodating. It was a weekend which makes it more difficult. We had a scheduling issue because of a lack of communication, but, it got straightened out and the apartment looks great

The crew was on time, they worked extremely hard, they cared about getting the job done well, and they were courteous and considerate. I will definitely hire them again in the near future.

In general, all went well. I called them on Saturday the 26th and Pedro Osain, the General Manager answered the phone. An appointment was made for Tuesday the 29th for someone to do a walkthrough to give an accurate price quote. I said I wanted him to do it, but one of his Assistants, Amparito did it. She was 15-20 minutes late because she said she became lost. I said I needed the service to be done two days later starting at 7am on Thursday the 31st. Normally they start closer to 8:30-9am but I said personal time constraints meant I needed them to be done by 2pm. That evening she texted me to confirm the appointment. The morning of the appointment Pedro called at about 6:50am to confirm my address, but he arrived at about 7:20 rather than 7am. He's human?I'm just a stickler for punctuality. Upon arrival Pedro did a walkthrough to confirm what I needed done. He had the male member of his crew, Alfredo start working while he left to bring over the remaining staff, which he said would be by 8am, but was actually closer to 8:35am. When they arrived, Pedro instructed the whole crew (Alfredo and two females whose names I cannot remember) on exactly what needed to be done. I asked about the estimated completion time, and he asked if by 3pm was OK. I said no problem if that will ensure a top-quality result. Pedro stayed fir the first 1-2 hours. During this time, Alfredo came to Pedro with concern. While removing mounds of dust surrounding the cover of a bathroom light fixture, he inadvertently did some very minor damage to the light fixture cover. Honestly, if it was not brought to my attention I likely never would have noticed it. During their nearly 7 hours in my apartment, every member of the crew work extremely hard with attention to both following Pedro's directives, and attention do detail. However, Alfredo's work ethic and attention to detail and depth of concern was "ABOVE-AND-BEYOND!!!" Pedro is fluent in English. Alfredo cannot communicate and English, and one of the two female team members can converse in English reasonably well. Be this as it may, they work together quite well as a team. Pedro left after about the first 1-2 hours and said he'd return at 1pm. I In reality he returned at about 2:30pm. Upon returning he checked on the progress of the work and directed his workers to make correction as necessary. Their completion time was actually about 3:15pm. Upon their departure I did find a few "missed spots" which I am sure will be connected when they return in a month. They are probably the most pricey provider in my local area. However, Pedro's Team worked nonstop during their time in my home. Pedro and His Team also demonstrated the highest level of integrity! Alfredo was the true "Rockstar" member of this Team! I will be certain to ask for Alfredo on all future appointments!

The only problem was punctuality. I was very pressed for time, as I was expecting guests, so I had a strict time schedule to adhere to. They showed up 45 minutes late, which put me behind schedule. On the other hand, their cleaning service was impeccable. I would definitely use them again and recommend them highly. They cleaned very well, better than I ever would. I was very impressed. Someone called after the services were performed to find out how it went. I told them the cleaning was great, but they weren't there on time. She apologized for the late arrival.

Two gentlemen came by the house on a Tuesday they took everything out of my very dirty garage and did a very thorough cleaning. Put everything back in the center of garage in order for everything to dry before painting. Came back on Friday and painted walls and floor in garage. After paint was dry moved all shelves back and organized everything. Also painted my kitchen walls. Very hard working, professional individuals. Highly recommend.

During the initial walkthrough with Amparo the day prior to the cleaning, we agreed on what was to be done which was the basis for the estimate, but the cleaners didn't cover all the areas that had been discussed, so maybe the information was not passed on. They finished within the estimated time. I was working and could not watch exactly what was done in each room, but when they were done I pointed out a floor in one room that hadn't been mopped and after they were gone I realized that the fridge and oven hadn't been cleaned. I had mentioned to Amparo that I would understand if the job took longer than the time estimated in order to finish everything, but that didn't happen either. It could have been the specific cleaners that were assigned to me, so I might be willing to try them again in the future if I don't find someone better through personal referrals. ***Update 7/10/2014: I just spoke to Pedro, and he explained the communication glitch that resulted in the missed areas during the initial visit. He also graciously offered to return and redo my entire house at no cost, overseeing it personally. It is clear that Pedro is passionate about making his customers happy and I am looking forward to seeing the improved results. *** ***Update 7/18/2014: The cleaners returned and cleaned the missed areas.***

They were courteous, punctual, and did a great job. They ended up working longer than originally estimated, but did not charge me more. I would highly recommend Mr. Clean. Pedro is amazing.

We had new tile flooring installed and the house was filled with tile dust. We asked that the cleaning crew to arrive at 8:30am and we were a bit surprised when they show up exactly on time as that has not been our experience in the past. There were more than a sufficient number of people to handle the job and it included a supervisor who monitored and directed the workers. The job too over seven hours and we never felt that they were rushing the job to get done quickly. I would use this company again and I can highly recommend them.

They did well. They did a decent job. We had actually purchased a previous one and the company failed to respond so we kept sending them multiple messages. They never responded so we put in a thing to get our money back. Instead of getting our money back, Angie's List found us another comparable company for $5 more so we did an exchange. They were very professional and very punctual. The gentleman that ran the company called me multiple times to make sure we could get a date set up. He called after the fact to make sure that everything was all right so the communication was awesome. I'm going to call them to see what kind of deal I can make for them to come back out.

Two people showed up promptly and worked throughout the 4 hours that I purchased. They performed the housecleaning and were very attentive. They would bring something to my attention before performing the task so that I they could place priority on what I wanted completed.

I have nothing but good things to say about Pedro and his team of people. They were very communicative, they showed up on time with the right amount of people, and they scoured my new house from top to bottom. They rented a scaffolding to clean the ceiling and light cans on a 25 ft vaulted ceiling! His staff was sweet, courteous and very helpful. I will be using Mr. Clean for my regular home cleaning now that I have seen how thorough and detail-oriented they were. They called afterwards to say that if I found anything they missed, I could call them and they would come back and fix it up. Amazing, and worth the money.

I called for an estimate and we set a time for the following week. Pedro came to the house to do the estimate and was prompt and friendly. He looked over the house and made sure were in agreement about the things that needed to be taken care of. He filled out a sheet that detailed the services they would provide and the cost and we scheduled a date for the cleaning. The day of the cleaning, the crew was running a little late, but they called to let us know and it wasn't a very big delay. They worked very hard and we were more than happy with the results. Actually they did such a good job that we wished we had known about them for the Move-In clean instead of the Move-Out! I guess the next tenants will get to enjoy the extremely clean house. Before they left, they made sure we were satisfied with the results. They charged the price that we agreed upon in the original estimate. Totally satisfied with this company and would definitely recommend them and use them again!

Arrived on time. They had a big mess on their hands since my husband doesnt throw anything away. The two men were very nice and professional. They took everything out of garage cleaned the floor,appliances and window. They put everything back and now I can see my floor again. I am very pleased and look forward to using their services after I get back from . vacation. I would love my walls and baseboards cleaned along with windows.

I am going on vacation and wanted a nice clean house to come home to. I really, really, REALLY hate housecleaning so I bought the "Big Deal" for 4 hours of cleaning by two people. The mother and daughter team of Irene and Erika were wonderful! On time, professional and easy to talk to. They cleaned the kitchen (it looks great), two bathrooms, three bedrooms and mopped and dusted all the surfaces. They cleaned stuff that, on my own, I would never have touched like the top of the waste can, the baseboards, the ceiling fans, the lamp bases, and the tops of the washer and dryer ( well, maybe I would have cleaned them one day!) This is the first time I have used the company but definitely not the last. Another bonus is using Pay Pal, so I didn't have to enter my credit card number.

Sadly failed to put things back the way they were. For a disabled customer, this is important, They came back to replace things. First cleaning was expensive, but did a good job if things were put back. Damage to bedroom dresser, long scratch on Mahogany drawer front. Pedro, manager said he would have it repaired.

After neglecting my home for the last couple years due to work and returning to school, I embarked on a mission to find someone who could deep clean my home from top to bottom with the hopes of continuing service weekly if happy. I searched for weeks on Angie's list and when I came across Mr. Clean's reviews I had high hopes they were the people for the job. I called and they set up an appointment for a couple days later with the owner Pedro to come look at the house. He showed up as scheduled, evaluated my home, gave me detailed instructions of what services would be performed and gave me a price he said he would stick too. I felt very comfortable with Pedro, he is kind and performed a very honest, thorough evaluation of my home. My cleaning was performed 2 days later. Again, they were prompt, performed exactly what they said they would do and more!!! I was welcomed home by Pedro and his team to a beautifully cleaned home. From the ceiling to the air vents to the corners of the floor; my home was spotless. My drawers, closets and cupboards were cleaned and organized, windows spotless inside and out. I am so impressed with the job performed, nothing was missed, down to the finest detail! There were no scams, short cuts or exceptions; everything he said they would do, was done. Pedro was present for this cleaning as this was a first time and a deep cleaning so he wanted to make sure everything was done right. I can't say enough great things about Pedro, his lovely wife and their team. They were even kind and loving to my dogs. I will be using them for a very long time and would highly recommend them for any of your cleaning needs. You will not be disappointed!!!

They arrived on time they were supposed to be 4 person for 8h they spent 12h no extra charge there priority was to make me happy and that is not usually easy. Thank you PEDRO and AMPARO FOR A GREAT JOB.
