Description of Work: Had "deep cleaning" done on two occasions over 1.5 years. Fabulous! Very reliable and professional. Very courteous and personable. Very thorough and priced fairly. We will now begin to use them more regularly for regular service now that we're finished with remodeling. Highly recommended!

Description of Work: They did the windows inside and out. I could not be happier. They came on time. Started right off. They did not waste any time. It was great. I can see out my windows and will call them again. They even asked for the vacumn to clean up behind them. I do not have any dos or don'ts. They came prepared and did a terrific job.

Description of Work: Pedro came out to our home shortly after we got the name of the cleaning service from Angie's list. He immediately went to the tops of our Door jams and ran his finger across the top of them. He embarrassingly came up with a finger full of dust. I am not near tall enough to even see the tops of the doors. He is a very tall guy and pointed out that although our house was not very dirty, it was very dusty. We wanted our small home sparkling clean as we are putting it up for sale. The last time I ever sold a house I did all the cleaning myself and that is where my original back problems started. He brought 2 women who worked (it appeared) without ever stopping for 6 hours. Everything was clean as a whistle when they were done and I was surprised that they were not

Description of Work: Did a full house cleaning into a house I just moved bought. Did an excellent job cleaning the home, which was a short sale so it was unbelievably dirty. They did such a good job hired them to clean my home on a regular basis. Reliable, on-time and fast is how I would describe them.

Description of Work: I had two bathrooms cleaned. Overall they did a very good job, though some detail around the sink vanity in one bathroom was missed. Very polite and professional people. I had trouble scheduling a firm time though. They should be more diligent about this.

Description of Work: We have a 2 br 2 bath condo in Hillcrest with laminate and ceramic floors. They did a very thorough deep cleaning of everything with 3 people from 9 am to 4:00. They cleaned the inside and outside of cabinets, window sills, moved all of the furniture including bed, vacuumed area rugs, dusted, and windows.

Description of Work: Excellent company excellent ladies! Pricey but worth the deep cleaning. Everthing was moved and cleaned under it. In side closets and under cabnets were totally cleaned and reorganized.

Description of Work: My clients, in a rental wanted a detail clean, Magic touch came out prior to cleaning discussed the plan and concerns of my client and then came back the next day for an all day cleaning. Excellent service with follow up calls to verify. I am a real estate agent who needs a great team of resources to provide excellent service to my clients Magic touch provided that. No problems here! Description of Work: I had them clean a vacant house my father was moving into. They cleaned everything, including the refrigerator, the window and door runners and did it well. I felt much better having him move into a clean house. They were very thoughtful, and put a lot of effort into it. It took them 7 hours, and the property was very clean when they finished. Great job.

Description of Work: Pedro came with a young employee of his and they worked so well as a team. They did a deep cleaning in most of my house including the cleaning out of the cabinets and drawers in the bathrooms. They finished with a good cleaning to the rest of the house (I had to leave) and will be back to finish the deep cleaning and then I will have them here on a regular schedule.
