+ -1 moreThe move went well except when the lead mover got on the phone with the office and I was informed that we had lots of stuff and a 5 hour estimate would be changed to 8 hours. I had to raise some h*** about this. Then the lead mover hinted that the guy in the office might have been corrected by the company over it. Not sure what really happened but I felt "played" for a bit and kind of upset because here we are 2 single women with a baby and only a certain amount of money. The guys who did the moving were pretty nice and did a good job with our stuff and the original estimate was upheld. I still don't understand what a 5% convenience fee is about though.
Description of Work: Moved household possessions from a condo to a home.
