They owner left the everyday working of the business to a family member who did not have the experience to do the job.

The agreement is that my lawn would be serviced twice a month, and during each servicing, my hedges would be trimmed as well, (otherwise the lawn price would be $35.00). The service went well for a year, and then I noticed that three weeks would go by, and I would call and ask when the next service would be scheduled, only to be told "when the weather gets better" or that I "was on the list for sometime this week." Then, when the service was completed, you could hardly tell that anyone had been there because the hedges were barely cut, and when they were, the clippings were just blown under the bushes out of view. Some hedges became overgrown, and when I reached out to the company to advise them, I was told that "the company was going through some changes" and I should see some improvement in the future, which I haven't. I also used to get weed treatment throughout the cracks and gravel of the property, and that service is no longer being done. When I asked about it, the company advised that they "would check on it." There has been no change in the past two months. I have had to trim my hedges each time AFTER I get service from this company. I have attempted to keep the service of this company after having had so many companies finally stop servicing the area on a regular basis, but I am too frustrated to continue with them and I am looking for a new company to try.

Antjawn was quick to respond to my request for an estimate. He was punctual,professional and very polite. His estimate was good and he fitted the relatively small job in within a few days . They worked quickly and cleaned up well when they were done. I will be calling this company back for more work. Highly recommend !

Horrible experience! First Antwon promised to come out on Friday afternoon and called me in the evening very apoligenic that he didn't show up. Then we made plans to meet up again on Monday this time not only did he not show up he did not even call. Then Tuesday he called again he apologized for not showing up the day before and let me know he was on his way to my house, too bad I was at work. Then we made plans for him to come over Thursday morning. I contacted him Wednesday afternoon to confirm he was showing up and yes he said he would be there Thursday morning he would be leaving his home at 9am and coming here. So here we are Thursday afternoon and I've been sitting here for four hours waiting for somebody who again did not show up. Guess they don't need the business.

Everything turned out extremely well and the yard looks beautiful! A new stone border was placed around my flower beds. New rocks and mulch were added to the landscape. The lawn was cut and scrubs were trimmed, and the lovely results have added value to my property. All the workers were polite and professional and very willing to please. I plan to continue using their service,

When I first contacted them many months ago, my phone call was immediatey responded to with a " call back". I explained to them what I needed and they responded by arriving on a set date. They took care of my needs for my lawn. Now, they are my lawn care servicers. They arrive twice a month ( every other week). When they see something is needed, they automatically take care of it. When I want "specific" work done, such as remulching and pulling up weeds, they have taken care of it. They are great!!!

Ken brought his very nice group of men.....about 6 in total! They did everything I asked with a good attitude and finished up their work in the rain. I am very pleased and will definitely use them in the future!

They are always on time, clean up the clutter in the lawn and will continue to use them. I am happy with their work.

I called on Monday and was told they would call back to schedule an appointment. They never called back!

I made an appointment with them. They arrived on time, and performed the work of total lawn care. Since November, they have become my personal lawn care company. I call and leave a message as to what is needed and they take care of the problem. They handle replant, mulching, cutting, trimming, and lava rocks.

I called Miracles Landscaping and KB called me back very quickly. We scheduled an appointment and he came over gave an estimate to get my backyard lawn cleaned up and cut. It was a mess since I hadn't cut the grass in several months since I lost my previous lawn maintenance guy. I thought his quote was reasonable and hired him. When they came to do the first job KB brought his team and introduced me to them. I thought they guys he brought were very nice and professional and did their job quickly. The work they did was great. My lawn was finally not a jungle anymore. noticed that they were well equipped to do the job quickly and also noticed that at least 3 people did the job and that was consistent in later jobs. I thought that KB was very professional and did his best to make me feel comfortable about the job and service his company provides and the team of people he has. Since then, they've been cutting my lawn regularly and I will continue to keep them on as my regular lawn maintenance company.

Called owner- said they don't work in the rain. No rain since 6am in our area. We were expecting a call if they didnt intend to come which they didn't do. Poor communication- poor follow up.

Great .... Work was done in less time that I expected and it was done quite well. We are very happy with their service.

"KB" and his team do exceptional work on my lawn and landscaping. I have not used them for any big projects yet but likely will in the future. I also like that I can pay online via paypal which is better than mailing off a check. Communication is far greater than any other service that I have used, which I believe is important. I highly recommend.

I am satisfied with the first service and hope that I have finally found a business that remains as professional as they have been so far.

They are correspondent. It’s very convenient to pay their bill; you can pay it online. The correspondence with them is extremely efficient. They were fun. They respond and email very efficiently; it's like with the whole thing, the sprinkler, the lawn, etc, they are very efficient with it. I have trees at the back f the house, and they have done things that we have not asked and it needed to be done. Their correspondence is very efficient. I really don’t deal with the guys who come out and do the yards work; it's more with the people, who run the company, that we deal with. The guys who come, would have done a good job but I haven't seen them because either I’m inside or when they come I'm not here; so I don’t meet them. It’s hard to tell specifically tell about them.
