MIKE'S TILE & MARBLE

Luis is just amazing!! The work and professionalism provided by Mike's tile you can find no where else. This is the second home that he has worked on for us and we are so happy with his and his team's work. Thank you!

Perfectly!! Mike ripped up all the flooring that was in the kitchen and then methodically removed all the glue that was on the floor underneath. He then laid the hexagon tiles throughout the kitchen and butted them up to the floor that was remaining. He then inserted special trim. Many of the tileshave to be cut to fit into odd corners and he did a marvelous, meticulous job and left the place spotless. Would hire him again in a heartbeat.

They're professional and they finished the job on time. I like the cleanliness and quality of their work.

Started work in November, stated that all work would be completed in 2 weeks. Work was completed in 3 months not 2 weeks, due to on and off work days. Marble bathroom wall installation was shoddy, uneven and not leveled properly. All interior doors needed to be cut at bottom due to thick marble tile installation, charged $50.00 per door cut and some cuts were crooked and chipped. When asked about this, the precondition of the doors were blamed and he asked for $75.00 to fixed one badly chipped door that he had cut. Kind of unfair and unprofessional. If you can't deliver on a promised work completion date, not really skilled at marble installation, and overcharge for every little thing, be honest and professional and state the facts before offering services. He might be adequate for ceramic tile installation, but not marble, at least not in our case.

Mike corrected some work that had been badly done by a previous contractor. He completely tore out the floor and lower wall of the old shower stall and renovated it. He is a true craftsman and an artist. He takes great pride in his work.

Technician Luis Yuli, comes from Miramar. I tried a lot of tile places on the list. None of them would come down around Christmas, or even a few days before. They were all too busy, and very few - if any- few did repairs, they put in new floors, but would not do repairs. He was one of the few that repairs them. His professional courtesy was outstanding. His price was very reasonable. He came the day before Christmas, he did a beautiful job repairing and grouting. I understand he also puts floors down in granite, marble, and porcelain in addition to terra cotta.
