About us

McFadden Inspections home inspections include thorough inspection of vital systems. These include electrical, HVAC, plumbing, roof/attic, and structural. I also inspection windows, doors, walls, flooring, appliances, patios, pools, driveways, etc. I have inspected many properties from 700 to 13,000 sq ft with a guest house. My coverage area is from the Keys to the Palm Beaches, and I also cover Naples and Fort Myers. Recently I have inspected a 984 1br 1.5 bath condominium in Deerfield Beach and a $15,000,000 estate in Bal Harbour. I also do everything in between. Additionally, I use infrared technology if necessary to detect plumbing leaks, electrical system overheating, roof leaks, termite colonies, etc. I belong to the Florida Association of Building Inspectors whose standards for inspection are higher than state requirements. Mr. McFadden was recommend by my insurance agency. I called and made an appointment for two days later. Mr. Mcfadden showed on time and did a very professional inspection in about an hour. I received his actual 20 page inspection paper two days later. It was detailed, very professional and included photographs to back up his findings! I highly recommend him!
