the tech arrived on schedule and suggested to take the laptop so they can repair faster. even though the laptop was not fixed I am very happy with the Maverik team with their efforts on trying to fix it and with their transparency while trying to get this job done.

Mavrickteam is great! The guy came out and configured my QuickBooks to send email with my gmail in about 10 minutes. It took my other my other guy forever to figure it out.

It went great. Merrick was great. Merrick connected to me computer remotely. I wanted to add another email to my outlook. He went out and got all the settings he needed. I sat back and relaxed while he configured everything. Het tested it and 15 minutes later he told me I would good to go. I would recommend this company to anyone who is looking for a reliable honest and patient technicians.

He was here for an hour. I really don't remember much about it. He did what he had to do. I did not have a good rapport with him but that was probably me. I don't know much about computers and so I probably expected too much. He did everything he was supposed to do.

They really bait and swtich to higher cost support.

I was panicked. Went online to fix the problem of a crashed Outook with lost identity. Tried all the suggestions and advice I could find - but couldn't restore my files. Merrick from Mavrick Team was patient & professional as he worked online with me to restore everything. He knows his stuff - and easy to communicate with him. Highly, highly recommend!!

It was wonderful. They were excellent. They have come out a couple of times, and this was the third time. He was here a couple of hours. He is the best guy I have ever had work on my computers.The quality is wonderful, they are very personable, very professional.

The experience was fine but took longer than expected to clean and restore. Over all he was very helpful and informative about system and technical questions.

They left the connection to my computer active. Not comfortable with that. They did remove the program.

I talked to them and they were professional and polite. He was trying to be helpful but he wasn't able to get the work done in the time I needed it. Someone else was able to get it working for me.

Maverick team call at the set up appointment time and remotely fixed my computer. He was able to quickly figure out what was wrong and correct the problem. He reinstalled windows update and my computer is now running without any problems. I typically fix my own computer but from here on out I will be using Maverick Team!

I have been having major problems with malware causing a deluge of advertising pop-ups all over my computer screen to the point that I couldn't get anything accomplished on my computer. I tried everything possible that I knew how to do, but nothing helped. It got so bad that I finally turned off my computer and started searching for professional help to remove these awful annoyances!!! I wanted to be assured of a reputable company that I could trust so I went to Angie's List and found the Mavrick Team that provides remote computer technical support and maintenance checks for $39.99 for one hour of services. I listed 3 suggested times and dates when I would be available to receive these services. I included an email on Angie's List site asking to be called at home to discuss possible dates and times. I received a call within an hour or two from a man named Merrick, a Mavrick Team member, and I was able to set up a time for the evening of the same day! I was so happy! Merrick told me that he might need more than an hour to complete the services I needed since some situations involving malware and spyware might need more time and in that case I would be charged an additional $20 per extra half hour exceeding the original one hour contract. I appreciated his honesty and felt that this was a very fair offer! Merrick called promptly at 7:00PM (CST), the agreed upon time, and had my computer cleaned of malware by 8:00 PM. He used a remote connection. All I had to do was keep him on the line through this process ( I used my speaker phone) and to log onto their website to allow for remote control of my computer. After that Merrick did the rest while I sat by my computer. He answered all my questions and gave me some very helpful information that will help me in the future to avoid a recurrence of another bad episode of malware gone mad! I am so very pleased and relieved that I can get back on my computer this morning and be able to do my tasks without the terrible annoyances that malware caused in the past. I now know who I will contact whenever I need professional, computer services--the Mavrick Team!! They are a trustworthy team and I am grateful to have them available for my future computer service needs. I strongly encourage you to contact them today through Angie's List.

They arrived on time as scheduled. I needed a new printer installed, the scanning feature needed to be properly set, and all of the files transferred from an 8 year old computer to a new laptop. Everything was completed smoothly and I was very pleased with their work.
