It was horrible. Initially left outflow valve open, broke my outflow hose, flooded my back yard and garden. Called the office and they told me 'to fill the pool back up and they would pick up tab for water', never happened. Then I asked them to change the pool light given that the pool was half empty, never happened... Kept calling for answers and just got bad costumer service. All of a sudden the automatic pool cleaner broke, might be coincidence, but too many thing happening all at once. None of this happened before.

Will not be using this company again for anything. I don't like speaking with someone that just wants to repeat who said what and when instead of finding out what the customer needs and doing the job. My husband went into the store on Sat. for a filter, they didn't have it had to get it from a different store, No one called back, so he went and picked it up. (he did later get a message that the filer was in guess no one knew we had already picked it up). Then he called to inquire about a pool motor on Sat. Someone was supposed to call back within an hour. No one did. So we went to the store Sunday, but it was closed I guess for Father's Day. I called Monday morning, spoke to a lady, requesting a call back re the motor again (as my husband was out of town), stayed home waiting all day, a guy did call back on Monday evening at 7:30 pm (same time he called my husband), set up something for Tuesday. Said he would call in the morning to confirm a window of time. No one called so then I had to call them to find out what was going on so I could plan my day. Then I got the guy who preferred to repeat all that went on pointing the finger at us, so I cancelled. I guess they didn't need the business. I went onto Angie's list, found Suburban Pools and got someone in next day 9 am, finished job 9:45 am. Good Customer Service without all the run around is key for me...didn't get that at Luli Pools Pembroke Pines.
Description of Work: They were supposed to come and fix our pool motor. Purchased a filter from them and used them for other supplies in the past.
