Description of Work: Full kitchen remodeling; move and rewire main electric fuse box; replace flooring of entire house (1st floor porcelain tile, 2nd floor wood floor, wood stairs); wrought iron stairs handrail; small bathroom cabinet and fixtures; plus other home remodeling miscellaneous. |This contractor did a superb job and I could not be happier about both the end result and the work/process to get there. Living Earth Remodelers with Eamon Toner as the owner is second to none in the business in terms of the level of professionalism, excelence in customer service, committment to excellence, honesty, follow through and know-how. In my experience, such qualities are rare and hard to find in this line of business in this area. I highly, highly recommend this company to anyone that is looking for professional, worry-free, high quality home remodeling work.

Description of Work: I guess he didn't want to do the job - after a pleasant short conversation he said he'd call me back and I never heard from him - my suggestion to this man is - be up front with customers say your job is too small or we are overbooked - don't leave people waiting - common curtesy is best !

It is impossible for us to get back to everyone ,I am sorry people feel this way and I do understand it is frustrating getting a contractor in this market. I did not quote her a price as I told her we don't do Patios, she had informed me the it was on Angie's that I did them, I told her I was sorry that I couldn't help and that I would have Angie's List remove it.

Description of Work: Eamon and I had scheduled an appointment for a consultation and estimate. He called me 45 minutes after the set time and made a bunch of excuses as to why he wasn't coming. Glad it didn't work out as he seems unreliable.

I am sorry this customer had to be inconvenienced by my tardiness, I can understand how no one wants excuses, time is valuable to all of us. Due to the time challenges with traffic and distance I will be removing my services from the South Dade areas unless on a personal referral basis. I personally visit every customer myself as I deeply respect them. Customer feedback is important and appreciated to build better service. I hope this customer finds a contractor who is a good fit for her needs.
