Charged for snaking of main drains and did not do the job.

I had my kitchen disassembled so that when he was supposed to come Monday morning everything prepared. He called in the morning and said he would there between 3 - 5. I tried calling him later and he was unresponsive.

I HAVE USED THIS COMPANY FOR OVER 20 YEARS AND WAS ALWAYS PLEASED WITH THEIR SERVICE...THE SAME FELLOWS CAME ALL THE TIME, I TALKED TO THE SAME CLERK. I WAS NERVOUS OVER THE LAST FEW YEARS WHEN EVERYONE I KNEW RETIRED. A FEW YEARS AGO I REALLY NEEDED TO CHANGE OUT MY OLD TOILET FOR A NEW WATER EFFICIENT ONE. I CALLED AFTER HOURS; BUT MY MESSAGE WAS IMMEDIATELY RETURNED BY JIM AND THE FOLLOWING DAY, THEY SENT A BRIGHT YOUNG FELLOW WHO CHANGED THE TOILET OUT IN UNDER AN HOUR, CLEANED UP THE MESS AND EVEN HAULED AWAY THE OLD TOILET. UNLIKE MOST OF MY NEIGHBORS, THE TOILET HAS WORKED ALL THIS TIME; SO I DIDN'T HESITATE WHEN MY SHOWER HANDLES WERE ALL LEAKING. I WAS A BIT WORRIED BECAUSE THE HOUSE IS OLD AND IT OFTEN SEEMS THAT FIXING ONE LEAK SPRINGS ANOTHER; BUT ONCE AGAIN I CALLED AND JIM EXPLAINED THE PROCESS AND COSTS. I WANTED TO KEEP THE COST DOWN AND CHOOSE MY OWN HANDLES, SO I ORDERED A VALVE BODY AND HANDLES ONLINE AND WHEN THEY ARRIVED, I SCHEDULED THE WORK FOR THE NEXT WEEK. THE SAME YOUNG MAN CAME WITH ALL OF HIS OWN TOOLS AND REMOVED THE OLD VALVE BODY AND REPLACED WITH MINE AND THE NEW PIECES. I NEED TO HAVE MORE TILE WORK, SO I KEPT THE SHOWER HEAD AND TUB SPOUT...HE EXPLAINED HOW THEY WOULD BE APPLIED. HE WAS DONE IN LESS THAN 90 MINUTES, CHECKED FOR LEAKS, CLEANED UP AND WAS ON HIS WAY. IT IS SO NICE TO BE ABLE TO USE MY HOT AND COLD WATER AND DIVERTER AGAIN. THANKS JIM, DUDLEY AND THE REST OF THE JOHN JONES SPECIALIST TEAM

We first contact the company on Tuesday 7/16 because the bath tub would not drain. By the time they arrived it had drained,flooded the family room and we were told there was nothing wrong. He glued the casing outside for $100 because it was cracked. On Thursday when running the dishwasher it backed up and flooded and backed up into the sink in the garage. We called again and when he came back on Friday they snaked two areas on the roof for an additional $100. Here we are today Sunday 7/21 and the same back up happened again our bathroom tub flooding the family room. We contacted another company not to deal with this company again who seems clueless

I called them one day and they performed the service the following day. I spoke with Jim, the manager, on 954-966-6834 and made all the arrangements. They came when they said they would and had the job done in a couple of hours. I was completely satisfied. Please note that the address I gave you is wrong.
