John Johnson Electric, Inc was excellent. The price was very reasonable, in fact we were surprised how reasonable it was because we expected it to be a lot higher. He was very thorough and explained everything. He also was very friendly. He came out on time and was very professional. I really enjoyed watching him sit on the floor and listen to the washing machine, I called him the washer whisperer. I will definitely use him again.

John arrived promptly upon my call and checked a pool pump that was tripping a breaker. He recommended rebuilding it which he did and brought back and reinstalled. Now it runs quieter than I ever remember. I will definitely use his services again.

John arrived on time and was professional, courteous and performed all the work as planned even checking some things that were not in the original scope and making recommendations. I will definitely use his services again in the future.

He had to leave and get some parts and he came back and did a great job. He was also able to do the work on a Saturday which was nice. He was courteous and I would recommend him to other people.

The owner was responsive to my immediate need, he was professional, he was on time, he accomplished the work on time ( he did our panel and he also did my mother-in-law's panel- which greatly improved my son-in-law status!!). My Lighthouse had been out of service for several weeks. I was usually able to find and fix the problem, but not this time. John arrived promptly at the time he indicated he would be at my house.He traced the lighthouse electrical feed from the fusebox to the lighthouse and found the problem which he quickly fixed.

Left the breaker off, and went and looked for an electrician. Worried about the house burning down. Called John, he wasn't even in town, but he was able to talk to me and he understood what I was talking about. What a relief. He came a few days later and fixed the problem within 30 minutes. I was pleased to have a proper electrician look at my problem and fix it to my satisfaction.

John arrived on time, assessed all my outlets which I thought needed to be changed to GFCI outlets. I planned to change eight outlets. John discovered that three outlets were already protected by GFI breakers. Furthermore, he explained why i did not need to change two of the outlets. Then he efficiently installed three GFCI outlets which I supplied. In addition, a recent new lighting fixture which the homeowner installed would not operate from the light switch. John assessed the wiring, discovered that the wiring needed to be changed, and went about fixing the wiring efficiently. John did a professional job, cleaned up the work areas, and saved this customer money that would have been wasted installing the unnecessary outlets. Plus John is a great conversationalist!

The job went fine from initial contact to quote through scheduling and installation. He is quite personable and met all our time, cost and performance requirements.

All work was done in a timely manner and everything was clean when finished. Had a problem with outdoor motion light but John came back the next day and made adjustments. Light works fine.

HE LOCATED THE PROBLEM IN A FEW MINUTES AND REPLACED THE DEFECTIVE PARTS QUICKLY. HE DIDN'T MAKE ANY ATTEMPT TO "MILK" THE JOB AS IS SO TYPICAL WITH FLORIDA SERVICE PERSONNEL.

Excellent, as the job went along we asked Mr. Johnson to do more than we had asked him to do when he quoted us. His answer was always, "not a problem". His fees were very reasonable. I will have him back to do more work in the near future. A very nice experience especially since we are new to the state.

I called John on Thursday and he was quick to respond and even met me on Saturday as I was out of town during the week so that he could get a firsthand view of the work needed. He spent the time to go through the house and clearly understand all the issues with me. He worked around our tenant's schedule and minimized the disturbance to them having power out while they were out of the house and working inside when they were home. His crew was on site on Monday and Tuesday and would likely have had everything finished in a day had it not been raining.

John and his staff was professional and courteous. He arrived on time and did exactly what I had asked him to do.
