John was able to trouble shoot electrical problem with the sprinkler system, I had 2 previous people come out and they couldn't fix the problem. John came on time and within a short time was able to diagnose and fix the problem.

I was having partial outages. Light was coming in and out in one side of my house. He came and made a brief inspection and told me he did not find anything wrong. Next day I started to have the same issue. I called him and he told me it was another service and that he will call me back. He did not called me back. I had no refrigerator, stove and microwave so I had to contact another Electrician, not member of Angie's list network. He came the day we scheduled, inspected everything and found the problem. He returned back with the parts, showed me how he solved the problem and it was a great experience. That is what I was expecting from Angie's list provider. I am very unsatisfied because I trust in Angie's list and at the end I had to solve the problem for myself and without Angie's list assistance.

John does great work; he is professional, timely and responsive and does high quality work as well as being well priced. I would not hesitate to utilize him for electrical needs.

John is very professional and tried alternative fixes before having to replace the old units. Toatal time spent was just over two hours which included removal of the old units, purchasing the new units and then installing all three. Very pleased with the work.

I was having a hot water heater installed and as soon as the plumber arrived, he informed me he didn't have the qualifications to rewire the electrical to get it going. He was only going to hook up the water lines. Well, it was already 4 p.m. at that point and I was envisioning having to go to the gym to shower that day. I called Johnson Electrical and he was over my place within about 90 minutes and had hot water flowing by 6 p.m. He knows his stuff, also does electrical work for the school board, and is very professional.

He completed the above job and checked and fixed another problem without cost. John's professionalism is outstanding. I would not hesitate to use him again and would highly recommend him.

Mr Johnson is, in a word, awesome! He has done a number of jobs for me and on each one the quality has been top notch, he has been very professional, punctual, and diligent in his effort to get the work done in the specified time frame. Not only are his prices very reasonable, but he has actually done some work free of charge, while also showing me how to do some of the work on my own. He is very busy, and sometimes it can be hard to get in touch with him, but he is definitely worth the wait. I will only let him do the electrical work on my home in the future. In short he is a really good electrician, but more than that just a good dude. hard to find both these days.

He showed up exactly when expected, and texted to let us know he was on his way. He wired the light and was on his way. We found him to be pleasant and professional. I would absolutely use him again.

Helped resolve issue with power fluctuations. John looked over the electrical panel as requested, verified the labels were correct. Resolved the issue with no working outlets. installed fire alarm.

I had my alarm company come out to install a doorbell camera. During the installation the transformer on my doorbell blew. I needed to get it replaced ASAP, contacted these guys and they were out quickly changed the transformer and even fixed the door bell wiring in the process for me. Great service.

Very pleased with the service provided by John Johnson. He is a skilled, reliable professional electrician. His inspection identified certain areas requiring attention; which he quickly corrected. Based on our initial experience we hired him again for a chandelier installation. He demonstrated special concern that the result was aesthetically pleasing. Very efficient, courteous and cordial person. Would not hesitate to recommend his services to others.

He was polite, engaging, quick, clean, reasonably priced and professional. I would absolutely use him again!

John took a look at my outlet and told me that the old switch had blown and that he didn't have that type in his truck. He asked me where the nearest Home Depot was and said he'd be right back. He was back within 15 minutes with a replacement switch. I can't remember why the new one wasn't just right so he went back to Home Depot and got another one. He installed it and a month later, my dining room light continues to work fine. He did everything within an hour. I am highly impressed with John Johnson Electric. He was very professional, pleasant, and punctual and did not rip me off! His price of $135 was very fair because he came within the hour and made two trips to Home Depot to purchase the right switch. He alleviated my stress and my Easter dinner was well-illuminated. I will use him again and very possibly to replace/update my interior and exterior panels.

I'm not going to get too detailed here, these were standard electrical issues I had no business tackling on my own. The prior owner of the house left some items that needed to be fixed and we called John. He came by on a Big Deal purchase and completed the work we needed done. He was efficient and no nonsense, did not waste a bunch of time or try to upsell other equipment or parts. I'll be purchasing another package to have John come and complete some of the work we still need done. Very happy with the purchase.

I had him work on my rental property. He never called me to let me know what was going on after he completed the work.... .***.I need to update this review as John called me afterwards and said he had written everything on the Angie's List site. Unfortunately, I did not see it. The work was done efficiently and my tenant states that everything is working well. A new GFI was installed at no cost to me.

Called John and he came out the same day. Gave me an estimate, and as soon as the permit was ready, he came out the next day and completed the job.

It went well. They were on time. He said everything is OK and looks good.

I'm remodeling a Kitchen. It has taken 14 months and is still not completed. I'm waiting for the contracted electrician, he can't come until January 5th 2015. I wanted to get my oven so some food could be cooked before Christmas. Found through Angie´s list an electrician with good reputation. Called John at 6.15 PM and asked him if he could help me the next day. He came to us after one hour. A nice man with a good behavior and very professional.

My preamble. I was tired of people misrepresenting themselves as experts in their profession. You have to keep calling them back for the same problem and pay them for every call. This is expensive madness. Out of frustration, I picked up an Angie's list monthly magazine and found a number to call. I spoke to Sam, who was extremely pleasant and helpful, and explained to him that I was not a member but looking for a licensed and insured electrician. Sam told me about the rating system that Angie's list uses and of the electricians who are close to my neighbourhood. At this I signed up as a member. I was sent a list of by Sam and took it from there. I called John Johnson Electric Inc and spoke to John. I explained to John what my problem is and if he can come and give an estimate.John came over and saw what the problem was and two ways in which to rectify this problem depending on availability of affected part. Because the electrical system was installed in the early 1990s the affected part was not available and therefore a new disconnect panel and parts were required for the job. A price of $300.00 was agreed upon.John left to secure all necessary parts and returned to do his work. After power was rerouted to new panel I was asked to turn my A/C on. The A/C was back up in service . John verified that all my appliances were working properly, as he had to briefly turn off the power. He cleaned up his work area and wrote me an invoice itemizing what was done. The bottom line here is through Angie's list I got a professional to do a great job on very first day I signed up with them at a daily fee of $0.027. Thanks Angie. Any phone contact was directly with Mr. Johnson. Promises to return calls were always kept. Appointments were kept and on time. His fees were in line with other quotes and the amount quoted was the amount charged. He is confident in his abilities and he gets the job done in the time quoted. On the day of the job he showed up on time, asked a few questions, answered any of my questions and went right to work. He made sure the job was done to my satisfaction and cleaned up when he finished. I am satisfied with the job that was done and have made plans to have Mr. Johnson work on another project in the futue.
