John helped us with ceiling fans and lighting, and I was so impressed with his honesty, professionalism, and common sense-approach. He is a terrific electrician and a very nice person. I had tried to schedule at least two other electricians after we bought a new house, and they did not show up. Others quoted very high prices. I was glad to read the excellent reviews for this company and completely agreed with them after working with John. Today, when I realized that one of our electric sockets was not working, I called to schedule a time for him to come repair it, and while he could have come out and charged for a visit, he recommended that I make sure it was not connected to a light switch--which it was. We do have some other electrical work to do in the near future, and we will definitely use John Johnson Electric.

Called and left message -- never received any response. If he doesn't respond to a potential job imagine how non-responsive he might be if he was hired to do a job.

He found a part that is no longer manufactured and did the repair exactly as required by FPL to pass inspection. His efforts prevented a more costly replacement of the meter box. He was extremely honest, exceptionally knowledgeable and competent. He was very considerate and kept his word in every aspect. It was a pleasure to do business with him.

I made contact with John via telephone. We missed each other's call back, but at his request I left the information asked for. He again left a message that he would get back to me. I never heard from him again. I would not recommend his service or use his service again. Angie's list issued me a refund. I picked his company because of the ratings now I'm not sure how accurate the ratings are

I contacted John on a late Friday evening. He answered the call and set up an apt for the next day. My father was having a hard time with an electrical issue and we had called another electrician who did not fix the issue and charged an outrageous price. Not only did John fix it but his price was very reasonable. Ill keep his card in my rolodex. He knows his stuff and is fair and honest.

I want to take this time to commend John Johnson Electric Inc if Hollywood Florida for his most courteous and fair completion of my electricity repair. I was in need of quick action as my Homeowners Insurance required a four point inspection prior to renewal. I called John and explained to him my dilemma and he came out the very same day and repaired the problem with a very fair price. I will call upon him again in the future for any other repairs I may need and I will share his fine work and great customer service with my family and friends.

John did a great job and I was very satisfied with everything.

John is a Master Electrician and understands how to address electrical issues in older homes like mine. Since he's a sole proprietor, you may wait a few days but its worth waiting for someone who knows what he's doing. Plus, he's really easy to work with. He asked me to text him pictures so he arrived with everything he needed to compete the job.

He responded promptly, made the repair as well as an inspection of the Duplex's electrical system.

Initial appointment had to be rescheduled because Mr. Johnson had to go out of town for an emergency. He contacted me on his return and second appointment scheduled. Mr. Johnson was professional. Completed work efficiently. Educated me about what to do in case issue happened again. Also told me I could call him If the issue happened again. Gave me a reasonable quote for a future service.

John Johnson is the electrician I will always call in the future. He diagnosed the problems quickly and he worked efficiently and was cost-effective. Most of his charge was for parts that he went and picked up at Home Depot in the middle of his service call. Another, lesser electrician would have tried to replace the lighting itself, the transformers, etc. (and charged me for all of the parts and labor that goes with it), but John recognized that all I needed were new, more powerful GFCIs. Thank you, John!

Very happy with the final result. He worked with us to make some changes and adjustments and didn't finish until we were happy with the way it looked.

We received a letter from our homeowner's insurance company on May 6th, advising us that we needed to replace the exterior breaker box and submit documentation of the replacement or our policy might be cancelled on May 30th. They only gave us 3 weeks to get it all done. We searched online and found John Johnson Electric, Inc., a local business with good reviews here and elsewhere. John came to look at the problem on May 9th. We discussed what was involved, he gave us a reasonable quote, and upon learning of our deadline promised to work us in as soon as he could, even on a Saturday. He called on Friday, May 13, to let us know he would be coming the following morning. He and Manny arrived at 9am Saturday. In about 2 hours he not only replaced the offending breaker box, but he also replaced the old aluminum wire running to the meter and to the breaker panel box in the utility closet with heavier gauge copper wire. He also moved the 20 amp circuit breaker for an external outlet from the utility closet to the new exterior box. John worked efficiently and professionally, putting up with my peeking over his shoulder and asking questions; he even offered to take the photos required by the insurance carrier. We have beat the insurance company's deadline by two weeks. We can rest easier knowing we have also eliminated a more serious problem, aluminum wiring, than the insurance inspector had found. We will be calling John in the future for any electrical problems and we give him a well deserved recommendation.

John performed this job for my daugher and son in law. He was able to work us in on the same day I called; very prompt service. He completed the job quickly, professionally, and at a very reasonable price. Would highly recommend!

John's knowledge and experience prompted him to ask all the right questions that enabled him to quickly diagnose and repair a problem that could have been both lengthy and costly. When he finished he noticed a broken breaker in my panel and replaced it as a courtesy. The next day he followed up to make sure everything was perfect!!

Changed an existing double switch outlet to a WINK RELAY ( smart home ) outlet in a wink. Very professional and extremely quick @ work . Knows his job very well.He did the electrical connection part rest of the setup was done by the owner.
