Description of Work: He didn't need to come. I called about a problem with my refrigerator. He called right back and told me to check a few things first. I checked, found the problem (very simple) and fixed it myself. Anyone could have easily charged me to come out and I wouldn't have known the difference. I am very thankful for companies like this.

Description of Work: John updated my electrical panel to accommodate additional power for my a airconditioning system. Also was able to resolve and on going problem with an exterior lighting issue. He was on time and incredibly resourceful, and keep me posted as to my options in terms that I would clearly understand. He is amazing, and the last thing I told him was that after a year, I had finally found a great electrician. This guy is the best, would use him going forward.

Description of Work: It took some time to get service and get a response. But when he finally was able to schedule it, he kept appt and did a goog job. He said he was very busy and that's why it took some time to respond. More than one week was a bit long for response.

Description of Work: I called john in a panic late on a Friday afternoon. I told him I was worried I was having electrical issues that may start a fire. He came out that night when no other electricians would. He couldn't find the issue that night and didn't charge me to come out. The following Tuesday we figured out the issue and he came the same day to repair the issue. He was very fair with his pricing and gave me honest information about what I really needed.
