+ -1 moreSaid he would be my broker for an area in which he is very familiar. All the listings apparently go to him. He showed me one house then the next house he showed me I liked. He pushed hard for me to buy it. Turns out the person selling the house works for him. At no point did he advocate in any way for me. It was clear he was working for his buddy. He did not try to negotiate at all on price, pushed really hard saying the property was going to be purchased that weekend even though it wasn't even listed yet. I am a first time home buyer so I was a bit naive. But when I declined the offer he gave me (not what we put together to offer the seller), i never heard from again. Really. Even though he was supposedly my broker. I have a great broker now. His name is Allen Silberman.
