Description of Work: So many headaches with this company. I do NOT recommend this company at all. May be okay to buy parts from and pickup but the installation was dragged out for over a year. Signed papers Sept 2014. Permit was denied four times causing delays and the company never notified me. Part was chain link fence. I provided property plans and exactly where posts should go. Two posts were installed two inches exceeding the property line into neighboring property. Mark actually asked if I really wanted the posts moved; said it is only a couple of inches. I said they had to be moved. They were relocated satisfactorily. Mark, sales, can be nice and gives lip-service but was terrible at follow-through on many other issues. Ralph tried to assist as best he could. Elias, installer, did so-so work but did not pay attention to many details; had to be return numerous times; also was out of actions for weeks at a time. Cutter/welder person made all of the ornamental aluminum fence panels two inches too tall. Half of the panels had to be uninstalled; all had to be taken back, cut shorter, re-welded, and painted again. Spacing for the three gates was too wide for the self-closing hinges. Gates were taken back and extended. Then the gates were too wide to be installed. Finally cut the correct size. One gate still binds and does not shut properly. Am sure there were other issues not coming to mind. They did comp a short section and side gate but overall the whole project was very disappointing. After reaching out to the staff uncountable times I stopped trying Jan 2014 to contact them to fix the last remaining gate problem. I have never experienced such incompetence. Nice people to talk to and I guess they tried but unsuccessfully with us. Family owned and run with some serious communication and performance issues.

 + -1 morePermitting process was long..Gave deposit around may 15th and work wasnt completed until end of July. We live on canal so I know there is an extra permit time there. After the fence was installed I noticed that they didn't put the caps on the poles and I called & said I will pay after they are put on. But I didn't realize the final permit wasn't completed. The workers started on a Friday,(7-13-07)then on sat. Did everything but install the gate and clean up. The yard man had to come back to do my backyard another day because the mess was too much to mow around. The sales man came finally on 7-31-07 to install the caps and post the permit so it can be inspected. The city inspected it on 8-2-07. The workers didn't fill in the old holes and left some old poles broken at ground level. We moved fence about 2'closer to house. I am glad its done and over with. It looks nice!
Description of Work: Removed a chain link 5' fence and replaced it with a 4' black vinyl covered chain link fence.

 + -1 moreTHE QUALITY OF THE WORK THEY DO IS GOOD. THEIR PRICES AND RESPONSIVENESS IS AVERAGE, I WOULD SAY. I PLAN TO USE THEM AGAIN TO FINISH UP ANOTHER PROJECT. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO OTHERS.
Description of Work: THEY REPLACED THE FENCE AROUND MY YARD AFTER THE HURRICANE.

 + -1 moreWE RECEIVED THREE ESTIMATES AND THIS WAS THE LOWEST ONE. THEY WERE PROMPT AND EFFICIENT. THEY DOUBLE CHECKED THEIR WORK. THEY WERE UNOBTRUSIVE AND EVEN GOT A PERMIT FOR US.
Description of Work: WE HAD A VINYL COVERED CHAIN LINK FENCE INSTALLED IN OUR BACK YARD. IT WAS ABOUT 180 LINEAR FEET.

 + -1 moreWHEN THEY GOT THE FENCE COMPLETED I WAS SATISFIED WITH THE WAY IT LOOKED. THE PROCESS OF GETTING IT UP WAS NOT A GOOD EXPERIENCE. THEY ALWAYS SHOWED UP LATE AND IT TOOK THEM A LONG TIME TO GET DONE WITH IT.
Description of Work: THEY INSTALLED A WOODEN SHADOW BOX FENCE AROUND THE BACK ON THE HOME.
