 + -1 moreThe only waterproofer in my area who serves single family homes. Very knowledgeable about exterior sources of leaks and how to find them. Uses appropriate industrial sealants rather than inferior hardware store products. Overall pleased with the work and will hire again if needed.

 + -1 moreThe bricks along the foundation were pulled up as well as all of the sand underneath, the area cleaned and dried, and a heavy waterproofing rubber was applied. My only concern was that on the wall there were "drips" that were obvious that something had been applied but I was grateful that the work is now done. He was very responsive when I called with a couple of questions and even interrupted his dinner to come back.
Description of Work: We had a leak between the foundation and the patio. We needed to waterproof the junction of those two surfaces.
