HOUSE OF GUTTERS INC

The job was not done correctly. The crew did not speak English and did not do the job as promised. They would not show up unless they were paid, so there was no way to get the job you want. They damaged the $75,000 brand new roof. They refuse to come out and fix the problems even though we have a 5 year warranty. They refused to return calls. They did send a repair guy one time who said that it was a 6 person repair job and then I never heard from them again. They did other roofs for other people I know and they say the same thing! Do NOT hire these people, they are crooks.

The job was done in a very efficient way. They were here for less than half an hour and they did such a good job. I could not be happier with my new shutter roof with these seamless gutters.

The company I talked to was in Deerfield, but has same phone number. They have no communication skills and customer service is poor. The estimator gave them wrong location to install and time of appointment, so I was not home when they came. They installed gutters on the wrong place. When I called to inform them, they said they would send someone out to correct, and pick up check for what was done. They never sent anyone out. I called and asked for their add so I could mail a check, a girl named Lisa(very rude)said they don't give out their add. She wouldn't help me, says its not her job, she just schedules appointments. She told me to call back the next day. A week later I was finally given an add to send check, cause they didn't want to send someone out.

WE LOST OUR GUTTERS TO THE LAST HURRICANE AND THIS COMPANY REPLACED OUR GUTTERS RIGHT AWAY. I FEEL THAT THE PRICE IS REASONABLE. THEY WERE RECOMMENDED BY OUR NEIGHBOR.

THEY DID A FANTASTIC JOB CLEANING OUT MY GUTTERS. THEY MADE SURE THAT THEY WERE THOROUGHLY CLEANED OUT, AND THAT THEY WERE NOT CLOGGED WITH LEAVES OR DEBRIS.
