It's not nice. It turned into a disaster. They made one window too big they had to make measurements three times, one was the wrong color and so the one that they'd made too big, it took him 2 months to get him back out here and the one with the wrong color of glass, it took him like 3 months to get him out. It took over three visits from the billing inspector for them to put in screws on the front panel on the east side. I'm in the process of writing Home Depot a letter. It was very frustrating.

I picked up the doors after having contracted installers separately, they were ready at 9 AM . I picked up the doors and brought to my house. We removed the old doors and they were hauled to dump. The new doors were fitted and came up 4 inches too narrow. I went back to Home depot and was told there was nothing they could do at that moment as the supplier was closed and no manager was available. I was told to install the doors and on monday someone would take care of the situation.It is now 5 months later and dozens of phone calls and visits later and the situation has still not been resolved. managers and reps from the manufacturer have visited and seen the problem, no replacement has been offered as of yet. They offered $650 back on the doors but no admission of guilt. I want them to replace the faulty doors and get me the right ones.

Arrived 1 1/2 hours before appointment time, did not put in new cold water hose which was leaking. did not level machine, did not hooks hoses up on rear of machine, was told they had "finished for the day" wouldn't return for 4 days, I spent over 2 hours on the phone trying to straighten this out. Delivery people also took wrench, and other items which were to remain with the washer.
