+ -1 moreI hired Diane to stage our home. She went through the entire property and made recommendations. She was very frank. She knew exactly what to do and explained each house was different but the goal was to blend the house and the objects so they would span across tastes. Her picks were perfect. The only thing I (eventually) changed was moving the family room items into an office because our family room was just too small. But the remarks from prospects over her items ... was incredible. I went from getting really, really rude feedback from some buyer to just everyone raving about the inside. Agents said the house showed really well. I had been trying to sell the house for a year. I did some extensive remodeling and hired her. 3 months later house sold. My house was not small - 4500 sf, she charged $3500 and $950 a month after 2 months. Money well spent. I have already referred her to some clients of mine.

Description of Work: Holm Staging and Design did an excellent job of staging my vacant home. The furniture and accessories fit the style of the house. Diane Holm and her crew came in and installed the living room, dining room, Florida Room, master bedroom, master bath, and kitchen furniture, accessories,and art. Diane gave me excellent advice on refinishing the terrazzo floor in lieu of installing carpet in the bedrooms. She also suggested that we paint a 70's wood paneling room white and now the space looks fantastic. My realtor was impressed and she has already worked on another house that he has listed. Thank you Diane for a job well done!

+ -1 moreDiane was great! I asked her to help me choose colors for most of the interior of my house. She had great ideas and thought of things I never would have. She helped me make the final choices on paint, flooring, hearth tile, placement of pictures and a window treatment in the master. She was professional, pleasant and prompt. Love working with her. So happy with the results. I would highly recommend her for making interior choices for any home.
