Jonathan from Hollywood sprinklers was great. He responded very quickly when I contacted him and came out to my house the very next day. He texted me when he was on his way and showed up in the time window given. He completed all the work quickly and efficiently. I have called/texted him twice with questions since then. Both times he responded quickly and was very helpful. I would definitely recommend him.

Jonathan and his assistant, Matthew, were very professional and courteous. Explained what needed to be accomplished. Jonathan called when promised, kept in touch along the way - didn't leave me wondering where he was or when he was going to get in touch. I have contracted him to come an check out the system on a bi-monthly basis. The cost was much more economical than others I have had in the past. I highly recommend this company! Excellent!

From first contact until job completion the service was top notch. Jonathan was very responsive and professional. He planned out his scope of work and explained it to me prior to commencing. He explained that when they start working, it is possible that they may find more problems than originally intended and that he would address any issues that would be necessary for my system to be at optimal efficiency. They did this in a most professional and capable manner! My original thought was to replace all of the old vinyl pipes with PVC. Jonathan was kind enough not to encourage me to do that, rather to fix what I have and optimize the system. Not only was that the more cost effective way to go, but the work he did was impeccable. I have great coverage for my lawn, and my current sprinklers are now much safer from the lawn mower blades and trimmers. I'm very grateful to Jonathan and Hollywood Sprinklers for a job well done! Will definitely be calling them for all of my irrigation and landscaping needs!! <3

I have used Johnathan on 3 different homes for close to 10 years. He is one of the best, and most reasonably priced professionals in the business. He will give you an honest opinion of everything, and arguably knows more about your sprinkler system, then you do. He does not try to rack up business for himself. Use him, and I know you won't be disappointed.

Johnathan was very responsive from the very first moment. He constantly answered our questions and provided us with assistance to get exactly what we needed. They showed up on time and did a great job.

Johnathan and his helper were very professional. Went to work right away and did a professional job. Came out the same day after 5 and I didn't call them until about 4 pm. I usually do my own work but let them tackle this job and glad I did. I would not hesitate to use them again or reccomend them to anyone.

Sent them a message from the Angie's List app over the weekend. Jonathan responded with a text message very soon after I sent the message. He asked a few questions about what the problem was. After a few texts back and forth... he seemed to have an understanding of what the issue was and we made arrangements for him to come by during the week. He wanted to come on Monday but I said that that wasn't a good day, Tuesday would be better. He was busy on Tuesday, but agreed that he'd try to come by when his other project was finished. He texted this morning to say he'd be there between 1 and 4. He arrived during the anticipated window (which is a victory in itself)... took a look at our system. He determined that, as he suspected, the pump had lost prime. He re-primed the system... he had suspected maybe the check valve was bad... but that didn't seem to be a problem after all. He did recommend some system updates/repairs to improve the system... but ended up not charging us to just prime the pump. Excellent service. Thank you. We will be calling to use your services again.

My system hadn't been in operation for months but I decided to wait until after the rain "stopped" before having it serviced. The main problem was the zones were not changing but the system was in need of overall maintenance. Hollywood Sprinklers rebuilt the existing valve, repaired and replaced broken heads and pipes, cleared debris out of the lines, set the timer, and made the required adjustments for proper operation. Everything about the service call - from initial contact to completion - went perfectly. Jonathan was extremely responsive and was able to schedule me the same week. Such a pleasure to deal with a provider who recognizes the importance of good customer service!

I called on Thursday and I got service on the very next day. My sprinkler system was coming on but it was not releasing water. Johnathan arrived earlier than expected and got right to work. He explained to my husband and I what the problem was and how he fixed it. He was very professional and very honest.

Jonathan was the tech that worked on my sprinkler systems. Had a very professional personality. Since I called him in the morning he was always texting indicating at what time he would arrive. He had some delays but would always keep me notified and give me a new ETA. When he got here he analyzed the situation and before selling me on a new pump he tried different solutions to make my well watered sprinkler system to work which wasnt working for months. Well he got it to work but I had more issues with the well tank which was out of his reach. He took the time to check the rest of my system (heads and piping) and replaced heads and re piped one of the outlets and gave me a tutorial since I had did it wrong the last time. All in all I would recommend Hollywood Sprinklers to any of my neighbors or friends, pricing to me felt reasonable. Work very professional, very clean and organized.

He walked me through what he was going to do and pointed out additional issues that needed attention and asked for my approval to repair, and its cost, before moving forward. Once completed, we did a final walk-thru of the job. We were truly satisfied with the work done, and we would highly recommend Jonathan and his staff, of Hollywood Sprinklers, for any of your sprinkler needs.

My sprinkler system stopped working on Thursday. On Friday I installed a new pump thinking that the old one broke down. The new pump did not work due to my bad installation( it turn out the old pump wasn't broken- I am an amateur who should have relied on pros from the beginning). I called Hollywood Sprinklers late in the afternoon. They came Monday morning at 7:30 am. They evaluated the problem in 5 min. and gave me an estimate. They finished the job in less than an one and a half hours. I wasn't even home so they kept me updated ( including a picture) by text messages. This was a phenomenal service. Quick, to the point, effective. I would have saved money by relying on Hollywood Sprinklers rather than trying my own fixes. I will use their service in the future.

I had a leak in the pipe connector next to the valve due to a bad job done by another sprinkler company. Jonathon replaced the piping and valve. No more leaks. I highly recommend him for any job

cleaned site afterwards, confirmed all functions properly operating after repair. Very knowledgeable of cities regulations and wrote detailed report of what they did which should assist me with the municipality disputing large bill secondary to leak.

Everything was done to my satisfaction. The quality of work was excellent. The contractor was extremely qualified and did GREAT workmanship, painted as necessary and cleaned jobsite completely.

The owner Jonathan, came out with one helper. Did his diagnostic check of old pump and electric box and determined pump was dead. Explained the options and cost of a new top of the line pump. From prior research I knew his prices were competitive. Jonathan was polite, professional and extremely knowledgeable on all aspects of lawn irrigation. He and his employee did a cursory check of my sprinkler heads and did some minor repairs for free. The job was clean and neat and they took their time to do it right and all the time answering all my questions in a friendly way.

Simply stated, I wish every contractor was as thorough, proactive, professional and fair as Jonathan. This irrigated area expansion is the second time I've hired Hollywood Sprinklers and their service performance has been consistent with the first time. Excellent.
