We now have a sprinkler system that is in complete operation and is running smoothly and I can't be more pleased with the work Hollywood Sprinklers has done. They were extremely professional and they call often to see how things are working and they come every other month and stay on the property for as long as needed to do a complete inspection to make sure everything is in working order. I found the price to be fair and I would highly recommend them.

We had engaged a landscaper to replace all sod on our property and replace the plants in the flower beds in the front portion of our property. I contacted Hollywood Sprinklers at the recommendation of the landscaper and reviewing the comments on Angie's list. Jonathan was very prompt in response, came to our property and discussed the options along with price estimates. I elected to go the more expensive route with converting to a digital system. Jonathan worked around the schedule of landscaper,first installing the digital system and piping... etc plus repairing any heads with issues. Jonathan planned on returning the day the landscaper completed work. Due to the timing issues with landscaper, Jonathan was unable to immediately come to the house as he planned. I was out of town, so Jonathan spoke with my wife and patiently walked her through setting the new sprinkler system to ensure the new sod received water in case there was not enough rain. Three days later as promised, Jonathan came and completed the job. He made sure all areas were covered with minimal over spray. After completion we walked through the areas showing me the coverage and explained the operation of the system. Jonathan's customer service is outstanding and I am quite pleased with the quality of his work

Jonathan and his crew are the ultimate professionals. He did all work as needed and didn't try to oversell. He's honest and patient and takes the time to explain how the system should work. Jonathan returned to do a walk-through. He always takes your calls and is available to answer any questions. More service people should work like these folks do. I appreciate a hassle-free job. My elderly Aunt lives in the Fort Lauderdale area, I live in Central FL. I help her out by selecting vendors to work on her home. Last month she got a whopping water bill 4 times her usual bill of $100. I got a plumber to make sure the house had no leaks, so I presumed it was a problem with the sprinkler system, and I was right. I called Hollywood Sprinkler and spoke with Jonathan. He was very courteous and professional. Jonathan went to my Aunts home, checked out the system and called me with an estimate. He performed the work, and the total cost was within the estimate and was done on time. Jonathan took pictures and now I can send the invoice with the pictures to the water department and they will, based on that work, showing there was a damaged sprinkler system, hopefully refund some of the charges. I would wholeheartedly recommend Jonathan and Hollywood Sprinklers. I am extremely pleased with the work and the service.

Jonathon and his apparently well trained staff were prompt, efficient, professional and extremely neat about their work. They found broken parts of my system that I was not even aware of, and returned to re-evaluate the operation of the sprinklers. All this is very exceptional, considering that so many service providers in South Florida do not provide the contracted work properly and often don't even show up to do the work. Very prompt response and appointment to make assessment. Was very patient with me and my scheduling conflicts. Got quote day of assessment. Sprinklers were all fixed and fully functional within a week. Will definitely use his business again!

Jonathan came to inspect my sprinkler system. Gave me a verbal quote to fix the sprinklers and also to put in a pump off the lake. He said two times that he would email me a quote which he never did. Also his verbal quote to fix the sprinkler heads was double the price that I ultimately paid another company to do the job.

Jonathan showed up on time, went directly to work after giving a quote and repaired a mess of broken parts and defective materials. I rarely find this quality of work in South Florida and am already recommending Hollywood Sprinklers to my neighbors.

Jonathan was recommended to us by our lawn care company (Pink and Green). Our sprinkler system stopped working and we weren't sure if it was the timer or the pump. When I called him he answered immediately and was at our house within the hour! He found that the pump was the issue - it was really old. He had a spare pump with him and started the work right away with his assistant. We even complained about the sprinklers hitting the hurricane shutters at night making loud noises that kept waking up the kids. He readjusted them for us for free. Really great service overall and now we know who to call if anything else is needed!

I called Johnathan and he answered his phone the first time on the first ring. In about an hour he was at my house. He immediately jumped in to action, he and his helper Matt ( a super nice young man) installed a new pump for me in a matter of minutes. I had a pretty big job so they re-arranged their schedules and came back the next morning at 7:30AM (yes, that early!). Again they jumped in to action and re did all my sprinkler heads, dug up and replaced some piping, added some heads, whatever needed to be done was done.If you want TOP NOTCH service at a fair price and done fast and efficiently, these are the guys to call! John was extremely responsive to my request for sprinkler repair and actually came out and completed the work the same day.Top quality work was performed by a true professional. He had to repair the majority of sprinkler heads on my property and programmed my system. If you want honest, thorough work performed by a knowledgable contractor, Jonathan is your man.

I called Hollywood sprinkler to get an estimate on a home I purchased in Plantation. The sprinkler system wasn't running and from what I was told hadn't ran in 5 years. Hollywood sprinklers diagnosed the problem as a bad timer, even though 3 companies had told me I needed a new pump which obviously wasn't true. The technician at Hollywood sprinklers picked up the phone on the first call and came by within 48 hours. He gave me a verbal estimate, and that night emailed me a written estimate detailing all that was spoken about and the scope of the work. He used all commercial grade parts (not that crap from home depot or Lowes). The tech replaced the timer and WOW the pump worked. He also replaced 25 sprinklers, repaired 3 busted pipes, set the timer, and tested all components of the system thoroughly. All while I was home and watched the work.They showed me everything that was done and we did a thorough walk-through. The crew did a great job and were very pleasant, clean, and well organized. I would definitely use Hollywood sprinklers again. Its almost a year later and I haven't had a problem. My grass has been green all year long.

After reading positive reviews on YP.com, I called Jonathan from Hollywood Sprinklers to repair my sprinkler valve. He is extremely Knowledgeable regarding the type of values a specific sprinkler system should have. A year before, I had another company come out to repair my original Hunter valves and they convinced me to replace them with another type, which now I know because of Jonathan that they installed discontinued cheap valves. Jonathan was able to fix the one bad valve without pushing to change the whole valve system again. Afterwards, he tested the sprinkler system at least 10 times to make sure of no leaks before leaving. I highly recommend him for any job.
