Arrived with a full crew and finished same day. It's been 7 weeks and driveway looks great.

The whole process went great. Charlie did a great job and the pavers look brand new. Will definitely use them in the future.

This is a first class outfit! My problem was solved and my home was beautified!! Eddie Lopez, owner, was very friendly and responsive. He instructed and explained to me how he would solve my problem... a dull white film on the surface of some of my pavers. Eddie then gave me a very personal, fair and professional estimate. Work was started immediately thereafter...Eddie's foreman Charlie, who was very friendly and professional was at my home very promptly to begin work. The work was very clean and I am extremely satisfied with the results. I would highly recommend Brick Paver Medic!!

Sprinkler company informed me that I had a pipe leaking under my driveway. They told me have somebody remove the pavers and they would come back out and replace the pipe. Then have the same company put back the pavers. I made several calls to find a paver company to do this. Some responses but not quickly. I called Eddie. He returned my call in 15 minutes. He said thats silly I'll fix the pipe too. Within 48 hours my entire problem was solved. Very professional job. He will be my first call from now on.

Eddie owner and General Manager BPM ran a very informal business model yet manage to be responsive, polite and committed to fulfill his subjective verbal contract. Eddie is a man of his word yet lacks quality control oversight over his 5 men crew that spent the 2 days project rolling into a two week ordeal. My criticism evolves from the experienced two week mayhem that resulted in my constant monitoring and negative feedback to Eddie about his crew lack of respect for the customer ecosystem and real state property. Examples of poor craftsmanship: damage to standing landscaping, damage to the pool robot vacuum cleaner and pool filter due to large paver debris dumped into the pool during repairs and cleaning, one employee cleaning a paint roller brought from a different location and cleaning it at my neighbor's yard, blowing brick paver gap sand into a newly painted porch door despite owner's multiple requests to Eddie and his crew to avoid the wet paint surrounding area, crew sealing over a standing large rust stain, sealer blowing sand and stripper residue over a recently painted wall that was partially covered, pavers left with gaps not covered with sand, sealer sprayed over standing sand, some paver corroded by stripper application process and employees not leaving water hose as it was originally placed after use. Eddie work ethics should be an example to his employees yet it seemed complacency took a front seat to customer service. Eddie attempted on multiple occasions to address my concerns to have one of his employees "Jose" fumbled the ball time and time again. At the end the work was completed with a lot of customer grief and additional cost to me due to the pool vacuum cleaner and pool filter repairs. Perhaps this customer service experience will help other customers assess BPM business and quality control models. I had in mind hiring BPM for additional work upon completion of this first project however due to the poor experience I refrained form moving forward with BPM.

As advertised. Vender did everything he said he would do..... and he did it the very next day. Would recommend.

Called him, he came out the next day, went through all the details, gave me an estimate, he stuck by the estimate, he got the permits, got the job done with perfection. Very professional, I couldn't be happier with the end result. Highly recommend this company for all paver/travertine jobs whether big or small.

Eddie was very professional and responsive. He went out of his way to make sure everything went well. I got 4 estimates and his was the one most reasonably priced. The job was completed on time and I would used Brick Paver Medic again.

Eddy is marvelous to work with. He is VERY responsive and takes care to ensure that all your questions and concerns are addressed and resolved. If you want to work with someone whose utmost concern is your happiness with their work, Eddy is your man. You cannot argue with the end result, my patio looks amazing. However...there were issues with the particular crew that worked at my property that ultimately were resolved, but ended up making the job last longer than it needed to, which was frustrating on both sides, and is why I couldn't give an "A" rating for punctuality...the job wasn't finished when promised due to all the follow-up work. The primary issue was the crew's attention to detail, specifically around working cleanly and leaving the worksite in a clean condition. There was quite a bit of debris left in the pool, but Eddy addressed this personally and in a very timely manner. When the crew installed the asphalt gradient to level the installed pavers with the surrounding area on my front porch, the side of my light colored car was covered with black soot from their work. The crew could have (1) covered the car before commencing work, or (2) asked me to move the car...neither was done. Again, Eddy came to the rescue and had this addressed, but ultimately there are sections of my car that still maintain discoloration from the work, even after a thorough detailing was done. So the "B" rating for professionalism is not a reflection on Eddy, but on the particular crew that worked at my property. I do understand that since then, some members of that crew have been replaced, so hopefully this shouldn't be an issue any longer. Quality? Beautiful end result, Everyone who sees my patio immediately comments on how nice it looks. I believe Eddy's pricing is very competitive, he is the consummate professional, and he is always very responsive, never ducking my calls or complaints. After all is said and done, I enjoyed working with Eddy, and would use him again. Things happen, but the ultimate test is in how issues are handled, and Eddy has proven that he is willing to work his fingers to be bone to leave his customers happy.

I had received 4 estimates for the job, Eddie was the only one that followed up and his bid was very competitive so Eddie was hired. He was to come on Tuesday and said the job would be finished by Friday. He called on Tuesday morning and said he could not come until Wednesday, but he was going to drop off his supplies that Tuesday afternoon. His crew arrived on Wednesday morning and the entire job was completed by late Wednesday afternoon. We are very pleased with the job.

Eddie showed up to quote the job when he said he would. We worked out a price, identifying the important areas that needed work. His was only quote I got so I can't say if it was competitive, I had a party coming up and needed the job done quickly so maybe I paid a bit over what I might have, if I'd got multiple quotes. He sent me a written quote by email. The next day his crew of two showed up at 8 am with the necessary concrete and sand. They worked quickly on multiple areas where subsidence had taken place and the job was completed in about 4 hours. The driveway now looks great, no uneven areas. I was very happy with the job. I would use them again. Eddie is great to work with.

all timesEddy and his crew were amazing! After going through a ridiculous amount of paperwork from the city of Tamarac, Eddy and his crew were punctual and very professional. They removed the old driveway asphalt and replaced it with a gorgeous and prefect pathway of pavers. Everything was done quickly, within 3 days. Eddy was professional and courteous at all times, as well as his crew. I would recommend them wholeheartedly to anyone who is thinking of putting pavers down. EDDY AND HIS TEAM WERE TERRIFIC !!!!!

He came out and priced job. Then sent a crew. After crew finished, he came out to inspect and walked around with me. He corrected what needed to be corrected. He refused payment until I was 100% satisfied. Good Guy

As soon as we contacted Eddie he immediately responded. The price for the job was very good. Three days later,as promised, they came to our home and did a wonderful job leveling and sanding out paver areas. We would definitely recommend them and hope to use them again.

Eddie came out and did the estimate and was so pleasant, personable and knowledgeable that in spite of his estimate being slightly higher than the lowest bid, I decided to go with his company. I'm glad I did (the difference was $200 between his and the lowest bid, but he was fully $1000 less than the highest bid). He kept me appraised of the the progress and changes in his scheduling (we live in Florida and rain disrupts outdoor work of this nature), and when his crew showed up on the day of the scheduled work, they were efficient and professional. When it was all finished they cleaned up their debris, hosed everything down and left it looking amazing! Gracias, Eddie and crew! Phenomenal job! Highly recommended!

We have since decided to not go through with the project. This was in NO WAY the fault of Eddie or the company. We found him to be professional and polite in all respects.

From the very start, dealing with Eddie was a pleasant experience. He was prompt in his replies, very clear in communication, fair priced, and did a great job. We would not hesitate to use him, or refer him - an excellent contractor in all areas.

Stop! Before you agree with any other company, you need to speak to Eddy! I have done my homework and contacted several other companies listed on Angie's list. Yes, they were professional, but the prices were not appealing. I spoke to Eddy over the phone, and scheduled an appointment. During 5 minutes of our meeting, I knew that he was the one for the job. I had that "feeling" and I was not disappointed. He is very knowledgeable, and his workers are exceptional. Their works ethics are great as well, and they work with little or no supervision. They call you just to make sure the progress is to your liking, and to confirm some trouble areas with you. I had some materials left over, and I asked Eddy if they could do a small area, and no hesitation, they were on it. Even chopped off a tree to get it done more professionally. I am a single woman, and many times people try to take advantage, but not with this company! He is welcoming, inviting, but more importantly, he will advise you on what to do to save some money!

The job went very well and I'm very happy with everything from start to finish. The owner came out to my home very promptly to give an estimate for the work that I needed done. When I called him back later on that evening and expressed my need for the job to be finished this week before Friday he was able to make my request and did so happily. The workers came on time and worked very hard non stop to complete the job perfectly. They were courteous and efficient. When the job was finished they worked past dark cleaning up all areas involved. The next morning we noticed another small area that we wanted paved, when I text the owner he responded immediately and was more than happy to comply. Despite their very busy schedule they made a huge effort and returned promptly. The small additional area was also completed quickly and efficiently. I can't say enough good things about the job completed, the workers and the owner. The quality of workmanship on the job is exceptionally good and I am so pleased with my new walkway, front porch area and small front patio area!

Eddie responded immediately to my phone call and came out the same day to measure the area. Brought by samples a few times because I was indecisive on color/style but show me pictures of jobs he had completed and made my decision easier. He ordered all the material and had a crew at my home leveling the ground as planned. Material should have been delivered the same day but had some unforeseen delay. He apologized and even brought in an extra worker the next day and completed the job as planned. I am having a hot-tub installed and he even added extra support in the designated area. The patio looks great and very happy with the color choice.
