About us

I worked with the family construction business from 1960 until 1980. In 1977 I worked with Bob Vila as Chanel 2 in Boston filmed the Original "This Old House" After many years at construction, my personal real estate required my full attention. I purchased and remodeled my first apartment building in 1967, and by 1980 there were many more. For my heart, I sold out and moved to Florida, Inspecting Property for others as a full time business. FULLY LICENSED and CERTIFIED

We do complete inspection of foundation, structure, walls, windows, kitchens.We inspect and certify roofs, we do wind mittigation reports, and 4-point inspections for your insurance company. I will give honest opinions when required, based on lots of experience in all phases of real estate purchase. and ownership. My report will answer all your questions before you make any decisions.

Services we don't offer

We do not remediate mold damage. I will point out where soap, water and bleach will do a lot of good.
