 + -1 moreHe wanted to sell us a new unit. This is not necessary and you just need a Gear and Sprocket kit which solves the problem and costs way less but is more work. I think he wanted to easily earn money.
Description of Work: Look at Garage opener sprocket.

 + -1 moreMy garage door would not close, so I called Garage, Etc. to come look at it. After they came out they let me know that I needed a new motherboard. Jeanie sent it out to me and they came and replaced it.
Description of Work: Replaced the mother board in the garage door opener.

Description of Work: Arrived as promise,20mn after I called. Check my system(automatic garage door system) system was more than 20 yrs. old,and that parts may be difficult to come by;sugested a new one. I accepted . He call is office and got someone to deliver it. While the system was on its way,he procede to remove the old one. As soon as the system arrived he installed it with a safety protection device,and instructed me on how to used the newly install system,and the maintenance yearly reguirements.He tested it a couple of times,gave me the paper work with the warrante,took my check and said goob bye.
