The representative from Future Technologies stepped into my house and within 1 minute was able to identify and fix the problem that I had with my ring camera. In the past, I hired an electrician to hard wire the ring camera, but it never worked consistently. Even after 5 separate attempts to fix it, changing the transformers. However Future2000 Technologies fixed the problem!

Quick response. Next day service. A qualified competent representative of the company was sent over with the part I needed and Boom the job was done. All my questions answered. Very satisfied.

Joe (installer) was very efficient and effective during the entire process of installing the system, and ensuring accuracy of the recording and locational viewpoints. Submitted a project request and was immediately followed up with the proposal. The guys that came out for the install were great, very professional and articulate.

David was a little late in his arrival but once he got here, he worked diligently. He explained everything about the camera and how to use it on my computer. We also found an electrical problem with an outlet, which was resolved. A bit pricey but worth it. I hope to keep vandals out of my yard and on tape should they try to enter again.

Dave is Professional and Very kind. He was a GREAT help and new exactly what I had to be installed. I purchased a system with Best Buy at which they sell a product and are clueless on installing. Once the Geek Squad agent came to my home and got the sale Best Buy was done with me and left me hanging with no install. I found this Company and Dave saved the day, his crew John and Jo Jo were amazing, Professional, kind and very knowledgeable. They new exactly what to do and did a GREAT Job. YES I would Hire again. Im a blog reader and the negatives on here, well my opinion ignore them. Yes I will admit they did show up late, especially on a blistering hot day. But the job was done same day. Thanks you guys for a satisfied job :)

Jon and Ansel was quick and knowledgeable about the cameras we had purchased that the installed for us. Ansel was polite to a defensive neighbor who encroached on him during the installation process. Jon made recommendations to install 6 of our 8 cameras for ample coverage.
