+ -1 moreI contacted the manufacturer, they confirmed that materials were available and interceded to get the repair done.
Description of Work: I had a warranty claim, it tool 6 months for them to do the repair. They promised service every time I called but did not follow through. The manager lied about having materials.

+ -1 moreI AM NOT SATISFIED WITH THE WORK THIS COMPANY DID TO MY POOL. THEY SHOWED UP AND STARTED TO WORK WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE. THEY HAVE NOT RESPONDED TO MY PHONE CALLS CONCERNING THE WORK DONE. I WILL NOT REHIRE OR RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.
