Eric was polite, efficient, knowledgeable. He did several repairs to one sink and two showers. I think what I liked most was that he explained what was wrong, what parts he needed to go get and replace, and showed me everything he did. Everything looks and works like new in my old house. His invoice even included before and after photos of the parts replaced, etc. Thank you, Eric! I'm gonna tell all my friends if they ever need a plumber.

Hired him on Labor Day for a clogged toilet and two sinks. He quickly responded to my text and arrived exactly at the time he said he would. He was transparent about the price of the jobs. I highly recommend Eric and this company.

I called for a quote Eric called back and gave me a quote and said he could be here in 30 minutes I said ok. He was here within 30 minutes and surveyed the problem. I approved the work to be done and he proceeded. He was thorough and tested all of the lines to make sure they drained properly. He cleaned up after himself and he was very polite.
