Description of Work: Scheduled a time to look at a bathroom remodel. Contractor called to reschedule different day and didn't show up on newly scheduled appointment that he set. Didn't follow up and I didn't think it warranted further communication from me.

Description of Work: We slowly started out to do the kitchen,dining room and living room... | expanded it to the bedrooms, did each bathroom ...including shower area and last piece they did for me was the outside walkway entering into the house. | amazing job quality personnel, no problems... |we were patient with them, |they were patient with us. |I would highly recommend every person who is looking to have their tile done explore pricing with this company. |the honesty of this company was unsurpassed. |great characters, great stories as they do the job and you will not regret having a tile done by ensel tile

flooring contractors are not required to be licensed by the state. we are licensed in 2 counties of Florida where we do business. we regret that Mrs [member name removed] work was delayed due to heavy work load previous to her job and unforeseen situations that happen on every day jobs. Since we do not start a new job before finishing one that we have already started we had to ask her if we could push her job back. And since we know this is not always possible we had no problem in refunding her deposit which we mailed to her as soon as she requested it.
