Alon and his crew were excellent. They did a fantastic job, it looks like a completely different house. The workmanship was EXCELLENT. I had to move in middle of their job and Alon did everything he could to accommodate the move.

Let me start by saying that Alon and his crew exceeded my expectations. They were very professional and punctual. The work they did was superb and they always made sure to clean up when they were done. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for impeccable quality work at reasonable prices.

The installation went very well. I settled on Ensel Tile because it was independently recommended by two tile/stone distributors. Alon Ensel, one of two partners, came out to ensure the quality of the marble that I was installing. They showed up promptly, and worked efficiently. On the occasion when an issue cropped up, Alon was there to address it to my satisfaction. He and his partner, Angel Cabrera, are a class act that I highly recommend.

These guys did an excellent job. They were very professional, showed up on time everyday and cleaned up everyday before leaving. They made sure there was no debris laying around. Once the job was completed they made sure I was happy with everything. I contacted this company after reading other reviews and after meeting with Alon and spending 2hrs discussing the renovation plan I felt very comfortable they would do a great job.

1. Estimator came and we agreed on a price and a deposit was given. Ensel the owner then called to schedule a start time and said that the estimate was too low and had to be increased by $100.00. We discussed this and said we would talk when he knew how long the job would take although the estimator said it would take 2 to 2 1/2 days. A start date was scheduled then a few days before work was to begin he changed the date, 2. While work was being done I thought the wall was not straight since he had to patch the wall after removing the old tile and I asked the installer about this. He said no it's straight. Now that the work is finished it is quite clear that the tile looks like the waves on the ocean.

Alon, the owner, was responsive to all of my desires regarding the flawless installation of my floors. As a property manager, I have worked with countless trades and an innumerable array of tile craftsmen. Alon is the whole package. He not only takes his art seriously, he is professional while doing so. His work ethic is among the strongest I have had the pleasure to encounter. My floors not only look fantastic but with my 30 plus years of handling projects for others, I watched every step of the way and he took every measure necessary to insure a quality install that will outlast me. Alon did what he said he would do on time without hassle. It was a pleasure working with him. His price was very reasonable for the quality of work performed.

This review is way over due....we used Alon at ensel tile again at our new home this fall and once again, we are extremely pleased with his work!! Our floors look amazing and beautiful! It went very badly. The company used multiple people to do the work, some of who were trainees. I felt there was no coordination, as I had 3 different people working on the project. The flooring isn't level, the tile is uneven, I had to re grout, there were huge gaps between the tile and the wall, which I also had to have repaired through another company. It seems like everything they did was shotty work and I was very disappointed with the service overall. I had to pay another contractor to come in and fix things, but because of the poor workmanship, the shower door doesn't fit correctly still. I'm not even sure if the shower leaks, but I will find out tomorrow. They also left a mess after they were done working, which I found extremely unprofessional. It seemed as though they took no time or care and were just worried about getting onto the next job. Even after contacting them to try to work with them on fixing things, they really didn't do anything. I was very upset with the way the whole job went. I didn't expect to have to go in behind them and get everything fixed.

It turned out great. They arrived when they said they were going to and everything was clean when he was done. Thanks. Would definitely hire again.

Ensel Tile was the best part of our home renovation . They were professional from the very beginning. They were always punctual, very friendly, respectful to us and our house. Their quote was very fair and emailed to us in detail to assure everything agreed upon will be done. They remained on target and finished exactly on time. They even cleaned up after a botched ceiling guy who made a complete mess of our house. I would strongly recommend them to anyone! We are going to use them next year when we renovate our master bath and 2nd bath. I couldn't imagine using anyone else!

True to his word, and with excellent professionalism, Alon and his friendly crew of workers took care of it all, including the moving of all my furniture. Alon is hard working, honest, aims to please and delivers a very professional product. With such a big job, communication (with us and with other contractors) was of utmost importance, especially since my husband and I stayed in the house during most of the renovations. We are so very pleased with the process & outcome and HIGHLY recommend him.

Super professional. Came when scheduled and the complex job of tiling and entire bathroom and shower area was done to the highest standards. With Ensel Tile you will pay the fair cost of a truly professional team... and that is not a small amount nor will it be rushed. If you want the best with results that will make your home feel luxurious and will endure the test of time (and wet conditions) then team at Ensel Tile should be your first choice. In my search for a tiling company, two separate sources, my neighbor and a work colleague, recommended Ensel Tile. Both told me about the cost and quality and I was happy Alon Ensel was my first call. My bathroom renovation called for a complete to-the-studs demolition and I knew that an 'fast' and 'economical' job was not part of plan; the bathroom is about 200 square feet. Ensel Tile took care of the demolition, including removal of a countertops, cabinets, concrete roman tub, walk-in shower tiles, and floor tiles. Ensel Tile installed large 12"x24" rectified tile on the floor and on the shower walls. The shower wall tile was trimmed with chrome edging. Mosaic tile was installed on shower floor. The shower area is nearly 60" x 60" with twin 1/2 wall partitions and four 15"x 48" windows. Even with all the specialty cuts, there was minimal waste.

Alon and his team were top notch. When he came to give us the estimate, he went through all the details to let us know exactly what we would need and things we didn't think of, to make sure the job would look nice and be done perfectly. He really has an attention to detail and you can see he knows what he's doing and takes a lot of pride in the work being done. During the job, I was surprised at how clean they were. They were constantly taking the trash to the dump, so it was hardly noticeable from the outside. Extremely reliable and very particular and articulate in the work. The guys on the job were professional and respectful. They were always early, at the same time. Started when promised and finished exactly when he said he would. Price was also really competitive. Overall Excellent! I'm so lucky and grateful that we hired Alon and his team for this project. We had a couple of bumps along the way, because we have an older home, but he tried to find ways to save us money, without compromising on the quality or results. Our house looks AMAZING! A+++

I struggled to a find a tile installer. Finally found this company. Alon (owner) picked up first time I called, and came out quickly to discuss job with me. He went over details of job with me. Had incredible attention to detail. Discussed what would work and what would not, etc. Gave very reasonable price. As for the work, it took 10 days. Workers were professional, quiet and clean. I offered to let Tom the installer due the tile cuts in the bathroom to save him time (instead of trekking out of the bathroom, through bedroom, down stairs, and out of front door), but he said, "No, man, you don't want that mess in here." Alon called during the job to ensure it was going well. By the end of the 10 days, my wife and I were actually kind of sad to see Tom go. The workmanship was excellent. Highly highly recommend.

The project was delayed initially, as Alon told us several helpers were taking unexpected vacation, and that he had to re-schedule 4 weeks later. Fortunately this was the only snag. On the new start date Alon and his crew were prompt to arrive early each morning and worked the entire day. He is a perfectionist, his work is meticulous and he even helped with additional chores that were not initially included in the estimate, with no additional cost. He and his crew are reliable, honest, polite, responsive to questions and made us feel that we were in the best hands possible. Ours was a project much larger than most others on Angie's List - and we highly recommend Alon and his company.

Alon came out and gave us an estimate which was so reasonable. We were told where to go to get the best deal and He offered to pick it up and deliver it at no extra cost. The Other places added extra costs every time we asked a question. The men arrived every day on time and worked efficiently and professionally. They kept the mess to a minimum and always cleaned up after themselves. In one week just as promised our new floors were in all the baseboards were installed and my home is back together again.
