Alon and his team did a remarkable job and exceeded my expectations! They were tasked with replacing existing tile and carpet with new 24x24 porcelain tile. Alon and team took the time to properly protect my home during the dusty removal of the old ceramic tile and kept me informed every step of the way. The job was completed on-time and the finished product was perfect. They also replaced my baseboards which set them apart from other installers I interviewed. Alon clearly has high standards and does not compromise the quality of his work.

Perfect!! I'm really happy with the outcome as well as the process. Alon Ensel is the kind of professional who cares about every step of a job and will make sure it meets his own high standards as well as making sure the customer is satisfied. Once a job starts, the crew stays on the job until it is finished. Contractors that can "squeeze you in" often do this at the expense of other customers who have been waiting, or just "disappear" in the middle of a project. Call early to get on the schedule. You will be glad you did. I am.

This is the second large job performed by Ensel Tile in our home. I am happy to report that their level of service, professionalism and quality continues to be exceptional. We waited about 4-6 weeks for the installer who specializes in bathrooms. It was absolutely worth the wait. Our master bathroom was stuck in the 80's and now it is spectacular. Ensel Tile installers arrive when they say they will, coordinate with others performing plumbing and mechanical work on the same job, work all day and, when they leave the work area is tidy. I work from home and the installer was very respectful of that. Two photos of the completed work; the walk in shower and the floor with bullnose wall base are included with this review.

Workers were kind and professional. Work completed in the estimated amount of time given at the time of quoting. Finished work looks beautiful.

Alon worked us into his very busy schedule, at a very reasonable cost . The work was done on schedule and exceeded our expectations! Edgar was wonderful! We expect to use Ensel Tile again soon!

Elon and his team were very professional and punctual he explained the entire process and estimated time to complete. The team did an amazing job on demo and cleaning up the entire way through it. The tile was layed with extreme care and perfection after it was complete and the grout work was done I have had neighbors, friends and family members compliment the job and can’t believe how nice it looks along with the perfectly cut baseboard work. I will be using Ensel tile in the near future to demo and remodel my bathroom along with future investment properties that I will purchase. Alon and his team did an amazing job on our new tile floor installation (1000 sq ft). They removed all our old travertine marble tile, installed new 32" X 32" glazed porcelain tile, along with new 6.25" baseboards. They had a very good price, did great work, took great care of my home during the project, and finished a day ahead of schedule! They also helped me move furniture back into the house which was great. I really couldn't be happier - they were absolutely perfect!

It went very well! Ensel Tile had very responsible, timely, experienced and friendly workers. They finished the entire project in 5 weeks. They showed up at 8am every day including Saturday I am very happy with how everything turned out..

Alon and his excellent team did a top notch job for our entire renovation. They removed existing laminate and baseboards and then installed the wood look tile in the entire house - over 2000 SF! Plus, they installed new baseboards for entire house and Crown Molding in 2 bedrooms. They arrived as scheduled to begin the job and they completed as scheduled. We lived in the house during the renovation and they were very professional and clean at all times. We love the new tile and would highly recommend Ensel Tile to anyone that needs an expert at tile installation and an honest professional contractor. We have already hired them again to install our kitchen Backsplash.

It went well. We had a leak from the air conditioner handler and had to replace wood floors and decided to do the kitchen floor too.We had to wait because Ensel Tile was very busy and then we were out of town, but there was no rush for us. We just wanted a good job done. Alon, who is a company owner and came to our house to give us the quote, was there on the job every day. He is a perfectionist. We had moved all the furniture out ourselves but they would have done it. It took them ten days to do the job, but it was a big job. It looks very nice. They cleaned up well afterwards, though I have to say it takes a lot of cleaning to get the dust up after the jack-hammering they had to do to take up the old tile in the kitchen. We cleaned too and got cleaners in the end. They cover things, but it still gets dusty. We liked Alon and thought the price was reasonable, so we went with them after getting two other estimates. We bought the wood-look tile at Home Depot. At Alon's directions we took two of the tiles to be bull-nosed at a shop he recommended for the step down to the family room---they were reasonable and the way he tiled the step looks very good. Ensel also provided the baseboards though my husband had to paint them. They look very nice. The only problem we had was that one of our sliding mirrored closet doors got a crack in it from something they did, but Alon showed it to us and had the door panel replaced at no cost to us by someone he recommended. Additionally, there is a very small hole in the baseboard under one of the kitchen cabinets which we did not see at first. You can only see it when sitting at the kitchen table. I guess the jack-hammer must have hit the baseboard. It doesn't matter because I have now decided that we need a new kitchen to go with the new floor (these projects are never ending, it seems). Overall, we were very satisfied with the work and have recommended Ensel Tile to our family members who are considering tiling their floors.

Alon and his team, including Edgar did an amazing job. They gave us a very fair price and worked diligently the entire time to finish the install. They were very professional during the whole process. They addressed all questions and issues promptly and I am definitely recommending them to anyone needing tile removal/installation!

Ensel Tile Inc. did an amazing job with installing our porcelain tile floor! Alon and his crew are professional, knowledgeable, and punctual. We appreciated the suggestions and advice given by Alon, while consulting with us during the project about choices to make our space look great. The entire crew took time to make sure our project was done correctly and still finished ahead of schedule. In addition, new baseboards were installed to complete the look of our rooms. We are very happy with our new floors, and already have plans to hire Ensel Tile Inc. again for a future bathroom tiling project!

Alon from Ensel tile did an immaculate job. He either performed the service himself or closely supervised any of his other workers. He was always on time, very reliable. The work performed is top quality.

Alon and his team are miracle workers. When we first meet Alon we know he was going to do the job. He is knowledgeable, professional and honest. My expectations were blown away. They installed approximately 4000 sq ft of travertine flooring beautifully. The foundation of the house was extremely uneven and now it is perfectly leveled. Tom did amazing workmanship on remodeling the shower and stone work on the fireplace and pillars. When Alon ran into problems he always had a great solution and the outcomes were beyond my expectations. He made sure everything was done to our liking. I high recommend Alon and this team.

Alon and his team did a phenomenal job, I couldn't be more pleased. it took 2-days for tearout of old tile and just over a week for the install of new tile and basboards. Tom did a superb job on the tile installation and Angel's baseboard work was fantastic. This is the second time over the last few years that I've used Ensel Tiles. You can't go wrong!

Alon and his team did a good job in removing over 900 sf of ceramic tile I had in the common living areas, some areas were double tiled. The installation of new rectified porcelain 24x24 tile by Tom was spectacular and installation of the baseboards were fantastic.

Would highly recommend Alon and his crew. Alon was always on time and even came out the day after hurricane Irma since I had power. He is extremely reliable and punctual. He is also honest and will correct any items that are noted. The tile was installed nicely and clean in the entire house. They work all day non stop. Alon manages his crew well and is on top of them. His crew is focused on getting the job done. I would recommend Alon in the future.

Alon did a really good job. The tile looks beautiful. He spent a lot of time with us at the tile store to assist us in picking out tile. The crew was very reliable and professional. I highly recommend Ensil Tile.

Alon was my point of contact. He is professional and personal, answers his calls personally and will respond by text if not able to pick up the phone. We planned several weeks in advance which often does not work with contractors. He remembered me and kept his commitment to our start date, Angel did the actual installation. He also was professional and friendly. Alon did the measuring for me and told me how much tile, grout and trim to purchase. The work was complicated because I added 2" square pewter accent tiles scattered throughout the 2" subway tile with a diamond grout that required extra care. Alon also understood that I didn't want to pull the stove away from the wall Angel had the patience to make it all work. Angel did a wonderful job and maintained his calm, professional demeanor throughout. I definitely recommend Alon and Angel and will use them in the future.

Angel put in my backsplash. He did a great job. Very skilled, professional, and reliable.

I called them and asked if they did tile installation, the person that responded was very helpful at the beginning of the conversation but after describing the work that I needed (replacing tiles in a bathroom and grout cleaning for the entire house) he told me he was very busy at the moment and couldn't take new jobs...I'm guessing he only takes big jobs.
