Alon (the owner) was great from the Day 1.He had very good suggestions as to what to do to make the new floor look great and I couldn't be happier of the result. I am picky when it comes to tile installation and pay very close attention to lippage (height difference from one tile to the next) especially when dealing with large format tiles and tight joints because it takes good technique and lots of experience to get it right. The finished product is flawless and the price to do such a quality job was excellent. I will definitely hire Alon and his team again if I need some tiling done.

Alon showed up promptly to the appointment for the quote. His price was fair and he was easy to deal with. We did the project in two phases, first the flooring while we were waiting for the plumbing permit, and then they later came back to do the shower. Somehow they fit us into their busy schedule only waiting about 2 weeks after we got the permit and were ready to go. Angel, the head guy who was laying the tile, was on time, easy to deal with, good communications with an occasional question,and tidy. And the quality of the tile work was excellent. What more could you want?

We are very happy with the level of service, and quality of work. Always on time. Finished before schedule. YEA! Went above and beyond..... Picked up extra material as a favor. Brought bags of extra trash to the dump as a favor. If only all service providers were as professional. I would not hesitate to use Ensel Tile in the future.

AMAZING WORK!!! The end results turned out better than expected. Alon and his team are extremely professional, clean and organized. This was a full house tile floor replacement including two full bathrooms and they completed before schedule.

The project took several months to complete due to the project size. The project started on time and work was constant until complete. Work started in the bathroom first. Tom did a great job figuring out how to lay the floor tile so it matched up with the shower. He confirmed that everything was level and square before work started to ensure a quality installation. The placement of the tile on the wall in the shower was also thought out in advance so the design was symmetrical. It turned out amazing!!! After completing the bathroom tile, work started in the rest of the house. I chose a 36"x6" wood look porcelain tile. Installation started at the front door and ran through the entire house including down a step. The pattern was carried through from room to room so everything lines up. I love the way it turned out. Tom really took pride in the work he did and it shows in the end result. Alon Ensel called throughout the project to make sure that I was happy with the work being done and to see if I had any questions. I'm looking forward to using Ensel Tile for my next project.

WOW! I'm usually disappointed somewhere.... but this is a class act company! I see many floors that are not installed properly and then they pop up later or their grout lines are all over the place. NOT these people! They properly prepared the surfaces. We discussed how we wanted the diagonal tiles to flow thru the entire house, right up to the shower curbs. They took their time and made suggestions that we had not considered. Their experience made all the difference! The layout took into consideration how it looked when you 1st walked into the front door and how to center the tile in the hallway the bedrooms. In fact, when you stand in the house, the grout line pattern even lines up with the tile in the screened patio! These may be insignificant things to most people, but I'm totally crazy about details! They cleaned up every day, were very tidy and organized and pleasant to deal with. I believe their price was right on! As with all good contractors, you may have to wait for their start date, but they started when they said they would and definitely worth the wait! They are very accommodating and I would highly recommend to anyone!

Alon showed up on time at our first appointment. We hired him and scheduled a start date. He actually started a week earlier than promised which was great. He said the job would take 3 days and it did. He showed up when he said and worked to get the job done. He tiled my patio and did an outstanding job!!! He does great work and is a nice guy.

Mr. Ensel replied quickly to my request for quote. As my job was redoing a prior providers "mess", he personally came and protected my existing new fixtures (tub, vanity, etc) so they would not be damaged in the tear out. He estimated 5 days for the job. It was completed in 4 days. Tom, the tile layer, was excellent. He arrived early and worked the entire day. Mr. Ensel called daily to check on progress and to insure that I was happy. Long after the job was completed, I noticed some caulking had "shrunk", I text him...within an hour someone was at my door to take care of it. Excellent workmanship and responsive, that's what I want in a contractor.

Alon and staff were consistently punctual and worked extremely diligently. Alon did an excellent job laying the new tile. He has very high standards, which was evident by the quality of work that he performed. We are delighted with the way our new tile looks, and gladly recommend Ensel Tile.

Alon's crew did a great job and he kept me posted on the progress daily. His main tiler Tom did a great job with some custom work and spent the time to lay things out to our satisfaction.

Alon answered the phone promptly, came out quickly and gave me a fair estimate. It was a small job, just the floor in a kids bathroom. Since it was a small job, they had to schedule me a ways out, about five weeks. Even though it was a long wait, he was up front about the wait and was on time with scheduling. They showed up promptly, two workers and the job was done in two days. They cleaned up after themselves and were very courteous.

The floors in our home had seen better days so it came to be my wife and I started looking for new flooring material and someone to install it. After several weekends of shopping at the tile stores in the Ft Lauderdale area we decided on a wood look porcelain tile. Next the search was on to find the company to do the installation. We used Angie's list and the tile distributors list of tile contractors. I called six contractors for estimates. Out of the six only four called back. Out of those four three showed up on the day scheduled for the estimate. Out of the three only one gave me a easy to understand written estimate, Ensel Tile. Alon came to the estimate prepared, he had his license information, completed project book and baseboard samples. The estimate went well, we were able able to layout our vision of what we wanted, our time frame and show him the tile we had decided on. Alon was up front about his time line an that he could not start the job until April (6 weeks away). As would have it Alon called two weeks prior to the original start date to inform me that another customer had cancelled and he wanted to start a week early. This caused some other things to be changed on our end (delivery dates). As I learned in the military, maintain "rigid flexibility". Everything came together and we met that new start date. Demo day was a eye opener. My wife thought she maintained a very clean house but when the carpet was removed she could not believe the dirt that was underneath even with professional carpet cleaning and a good vacuum. If you have tile to be removed be prepared for noise and fine dust (as Alon stated during the estimate "there will be dust") during the removal. Because of Alon's statement we decided to rent a POD during the installation. This solved three problems. The first was having to move furniture multiple times during the installation, second was to reduce having clean everything after the job was done (dust got into everything even items covered in plastic) and third it allowed the pace of the job to be consistent. During demo phase we kept the A/C off and doors and widows open which helped to dissipate the dust. After the floors were vacuumed and sweep the concrete was cleaned/mopped with fresh water which decreased the dust further. All tile that required a power cut was done outside. Alon, in his green Ensel Tile work shirt, showed up to the job site on time everyday with his crew ready to work. As the installation proceeded any problems (a out of square wall, foundation depressions) were discussed and how it could be resolved. The problems did not slow the progress of our job much (just a speed bump for Alon and his crew) because he had encountered simular problems before and knew what to do. At the end of the day the site was made safe and organized for the next day. Alon and his crew's worked hard to complete our project which was done 11 day's ahead of schedule which is a tribute their work ethic and experience with this type of product. This gave me time to get the doors installed and get ready for the painters. As with all remodeling jobs it was stressful but Alon made it almost enjoyable (not the dust). We look forward to working with Alon again on the family room tile job.

He took care of me very well. He did it over one and a half year. He accommodated me when I got sick, he waited then come back.

It was a real pleasure to work with Alon and his team. Alon is never late and keeps what he promisses. We replaced floors in all rooms. He helped us find the perfect tile and he did a fantastic job with the installation. We got already so many compliments on the new tiles and the quality of the job. Alon from Ensel Tile was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. In connection with our kitchen remodel, we decided to replace all the tile everywhere in our home (everywhere except the bedrooms). After reading reviews on here and getting quotes from a few providers, we decided to go with Alon and his crew. They were 100% professional from beginning to end - they picked up our new tile from the tile store, took up our old tile in a couple of days, and installed our new tile with great care. The team of Apollo and Felipe, the installers that Alon assigned to our job, were incredible - Apollo, the tile installer, is a true artist who is very dedicated to his craft, and makes sure that every last tile is laid properly, evenly, and firmly. These guys were in our house for approximately 3 weeks (including Saturdays and Sundays), and we trusted them in our home without supervision, and trusted them with our house keys. In fact, we had other workmen in the home a few times during this period, and I asked these guys to keep an eye on them for us - that's how much we trusted them. Not only did they do a great job, but they respected our home, consistently cleaned up after themselves, and took great pride in the work they were doing. They even made a few great suggestions regarding our baseboards and the tiling of our guest bathroom, and fixed a small hole in our wall that we didn't even know about!! My only complaint - when they jackhammered up our old tile, I wish they would have sealed off the bedrooms better (with plastic over the doors, rather than just painter's tape) so that so much dust would not have gotten into the bedrooms. However, in the grand scheme of things, this is a small issue. Overall, I would recommend them 100% for any job, big or small - when we get around to doing our kitchen backsplash, we will definitely be calling them again!

One word, FANTASTIC JOB! Alon (pr Alone) communicated well, punctual and great eye for the details. He is very quality minded and expected the same of his crew. Alon manages the "chaos" very well. They cleaned up the work area and tools daily. Alon also helped me locate other trades people for other work with our project. Best of all, work was completed on time. Thanks!

After the first job of floor installation we had them back to install a tile back splash in the kitchen. Did not think it was possible but was even more impressed with the job. It looks fantastic, thank you so much Alon and Tom.
