Folks were very nice. They were prompt in their coming out to give an estimate, however; the rains came and an appointment for the work was delayed. Then the rains left and I contacted them repeatedly to schedule the work, but they repeatedly put me off until I no longer contacted them. Then the contract for the work expired.

It went well. Darrin proposed a date even earlier than I was imagining. Darrin speaks with authority and he knows what he is doing. His crew was energetic, and the Lead is really a nice guy. They did good work, no messes. The stucco looks great. They spent a lot of time cleaning up and addressing anything I pointed out.

All went well.......Took a tad longer than I thought, however Henry was awesome!!! and worked really hard (late at night) to complete by my deadline... (had a big party coming up)....

It went great. They came out same day that I called. Arrived on time. We scheduled the work to be done the next day and again, arrived on time. The two workers that were sent were polite and diligent. They worked hard for hours, finished the job and cleaned up completely.

Owner Darren responded immediately to my Angie's list query as to whether they did the kind of work we needed. He agreed to come out and give us an estimate to rebuild and rewire the mailbox post that had been run over one too many times (this time $900 to a relative's car also). Darren and Henry came on time to give us the estimate. They were very personable and professional. They also recommended straightening the brick light post on the other side of the driveway that shifted after a tree fell during WILMA ten years ago. The price was significantly higher than we expected. We were led to believe by another company that a brick post such as ours could be built from scratch for $425. The $825 we paid included the demo, Chicago brick, additional wiring, and straightening the other post. We really liked Darren and Henry so we agreed to have the work done. We were hopeful that the work could be completed by Christmas so Henry and his crew of three completed all of the demo and rebuilding on Christmas Eve. We are very happy with the work they did. They cleaned up after themselves and completed the project ahead of schedule. They also tracked down the wiring problem that wasn't obvious and made the repairs. I would definitely call Darren, Henry, and DRM Custom Masonry again.

Darren and his crew did an excellent job. Very professional and courteous. They take pride in the quality of their work. We are very satisfied with the final result. Our house has never looked better.

We recently decided to remodel our kitchen to include a small brick accent wall over the stove area. We visited two local brick suppliers in search of Old Chicago brick. The suppliers gave us names of several brick installers in the area; DRM Custom Masonry was one the only company recommended by both suppliers. We received estimates from two other companies before meeting with Darren from DRM. Darren visited our house and went over the proposed project in detail. His company was the least expensive of the three companies and we felt most comfortable with him. He offered to do it all, including picking up the brick from the supplier. We were so impressed with him and his company that we decided to expand the project to include the entire back wall, not just an accent wall. Darren and his crew worked around our schedule and did the work on a Saturday so we would not have to miss work. His crew was incredible. Their work was superb. They were neat, professional, and left the work area spotless when they left. We were so satisfied with their services that we called them back twice, to do an additional wall and the area under the kitchen counter. I have had dozens of companies work at houses that I have owned in the past thirty-eight years. DRM Custom Masonry is by far the company that has provided the best customer service experience. There is not one thing that I can say they could have done better. Great work, fair prices, great workers, on time, neat, professional, what more can you ask for? I highly recommend them.
