Dr. Steemer

Dr. Steemer was supposed to clean my couch but made it worse by staining it. I paid $220.00 for a stained couch.Then when I tried to get them to fix it they told me it was over 21 days so they couldn't. I am disappointed and frustrated.

Center of rooms came out fine. Corner and side grout was left dirty and noticeably different than the other grout. When called, Avi tried to blame the use of "stain" around the sides of the room, and said he would be back with another product, but that no guarantees could be made, even though you look at a picture on the website of dirty grout ending up white. After the second time of being blamed for putting stain somewhere the side/corner grout, I went in with pink soap and ajax and did a better job. Look elsewhere for someone to clean your floors, and get them to give you a demonstration in the corners and sides, where the dirt collects. Also, don't fall for the following line -"you have to wait until it dries" - it lets them get out of the house without having to deal with the problem.

See above. Cleaning was scheduled for Hunter Douglas drapes after the estimate was given. Dr. Steemer never showed up for the actual cleaning, and never called to reschedule.

They were horrible. I think it was actually a scam. The person who came out was very nice and on time, but he misrepresented the price. I called them up and they give me a quote. A person came out and he looked at it and asked whether I was aware that it would cost more than the $95 quote. I said I was not aware of it because I had never cleaned my dryer vents before. I was absolutely livid. He said he was sorry. He contracts the work to other people, because it was not Dr. Steemer on his van. It was another company as he was working for another company. I had him do the job, but I was not happy at all even though he did a good job. There was a lot of stuff coming out of the dryer vents and he had cleaned it all. Even if he did the greatest job on earth I would never hire Dr. Steemer again.

used their service at least 5 times; I have nothing to complain about this carpet cleaning service in miami, although people say I'm too critical I find their carpet cleaning service perfect. The price is good, the cleaning results are excellent and the carpet cleaning technicians are nice and friendly.

Leo was very nice from the first time I called, he answer me with a lot of patients to all my question He was very reasonable with his prices and was able to explain the specific selection of type of different cleaning advantages and disadvantages.
