Dovan and his team worked very hard and fast. They are clean and very polite. Sometimes they are hard to reach, however it's worth it. I most definitely recommend.

Good day. I just wanted to leave a few positive notes for others considering DOVAN Tiles. Recently, I decided to upgrade my small condo (768 SF) switching the current carpet for porcelain wood-like tiles. I had a preliminary estimate from an old contractor that was comprehensive and wanted a competing bid for the flooring only. In spite of the few reviews listed here something inspired me about this company. I contacted Dovan Tiles and within hours Mr. Vasile Moldovan gave me a call to introduce himself. We arranged a quick meet up and next day he showed up for an estimate. Unusually fast for the Miami area. He arrived on time calling me a few times to let me know he was on his way. At the condo he proceeded to look at the place, took measurements of the space and discussed a few aspects of the job, including showing me pictures of past projects as well as going into pros and cons. He allowed me to ask as many questions as I had and I never felt any pressure to close the project with him. Mr. Moldovan not only acted professionally but also showed understanding when I mentioned he was my second bidder and that I had already one comprehensive estimate in line. Then, he left and within days he emailed a final estimate. For the next 2 to 3 weeks we exchanged emails with inquiries and I alerted him about possibly hiring the original contractor. Mr. Moldovan was reassuring all the time. Finally, I decided to go with my original contractor only because the remodeling project includes many other reforms (windows install, tiling walls, vanities, electrical work, etc.) and I thought it would be better to keep all work under one and the same company. Had it not been for this reason I would have most likely hired Mr. Moldovan as he proved to be a professional person with good expertise in laying out porcelain tile. I will still this service provider with my bookmarks for any project down the road.

We called this company to have replacement tile installed either to match our existing tile or in a pattern compatible. Damage was do to restoration of balcony at condo. The gentleman responded promptly to my phone call, came out and talked with us, took a sample of our tile with him and we never heard from him again. The date was sometime in early February. I would not recommend nor use them again for this reason. Follow up is important whether you find the product or not. My cell phone was my contact and I received no phone calls back from this company. Perhaps my job was too small but feel we should have been informed.

I have a 400 sq ft covered patio. The builders did not lay the tile properly so we had to call someone in to repair it. He actually showed up with tile samples to give us an idea, which the other people we called for estimates did not. He told me it would take about 5 days, and was finished in 3. They cleaned up after the job beautifully. It was as if it was going to be on HGTV. They also cleaned the patio for the people beneath us as a courtesy. This is how work should be done.

Dovan estimated the job and succeeded in meeting our needs and expectations. A very amicable and honest individual. John and the crew arrived on time stayed until 8:00 the first day. They performed the job under schedule by two days which was very much appreciated. There was minimal disruption to the rest of the house and the workers were always professional, neat, and thorough. After finishing they assisted in looking at a problem I am having with a leak. John went on the roof and figured out what the problem was. I will be using Dovan Tile and Marble again in the near future.

Everything turned out very well. They came on time, and always notified me before they came out. The price was reasonable. They were very clean and professional, and did a great job. I enjoyed how thorough of a job they did, considering how big of a job this was. They were able to finish in 4 days, which I thought was reasonable amount of time. Overall I was extremely happy with the finished result. I would recommend them to anyone.
