Problem still exist and the problem has not been fixed despite numerous phone calls and text messages.

The whole process went very well from the appointment to the completion of the job, very satisfied.

He basically charged $49 to tell me that the washer was too expensive to repair and that I was better off purchasing a new one for that price. Pricey for a "house call", specially when nothing gets done. I was never oppose to paying for them to come out, but like I said; $49 is a bit too much for me.

He was very polite and honest about the repair and advised me to purchase a new one.

On Thursday evening, after realizing that our 15-year old refrigerator freezer was not turning on and our food was defrosting, I immediately found C4 Enterprise Group on Angie's List and spoke with Erik Chacon (954.213.4778). I explained the problem and urgency, and he scheduled an appointment for first thing the following morning. Eric was prompt, very professional, very honest, and quickly diagnosed the issue. After checking for parts, he gave a very reasonable quote - $410.00 less his company promotion of $100.00 for a total of only $310.00 - which saved me from having to go out and spend $1,400-1,800 for a new refrigerator freezer. When Eric returned he replaced the fan motor and control panel and our refrigerator freezer is running as Good As New! I was really happy to learn that his company is also a General Contractor. I am about to begin renovating a condo property owned by an out-of-town family member, and although I have met with 2 other contractors, I am so pleased with how quickly, honestly, and professionally Eric handled such a small appliance repair job, that we will be using his company to do the condo renovation project. Eric was the best service call I have ever made in all my years dealing with repairmen. He is full of respect and very considerate to the nature of your problem, and came within one day of placing the call for service. I was able to meet up with him on my lunch hour as opposed to that WINDOW that leaves you losing a half a day from work. He knew exactly whatt the problem was..but tested everything first...intalled the new, and went above and beyond my expectations when he vacuumed and washed the floor. At no time did I feel pressured into buying any other service needed, but would definitely call on him again since he is not limited to just electrical problems. I bought a $49 Angie's Deal for an appliance repair. Eric came out, worked diligently & determined the dryer could not be repaired (for a reasonable price). He never charged me anything additional than the $49. (I liked that).

Saw the great reviews on Angie's List, so I gave Eric Chacon a call on Saturday morning, soon after I discovered the fridge leak. He came out within two hours and was extremely polite and professional. He went back to his shop to get a part, and the job was done by early afternoon. It all went as smoothly as we could've hoped. I would highly recommend Eric and would certainly use him again if needed.

I contacted Eric because of his great reviews on Angie's List. I have a fairly new microwave that will not work because the latch for the door broke. He was honest with me and told me that he usually doesn't recommend repairing microwaves because the cost is usually more than the value. But he asked me to send him pictures of the problem and the model number so that he could check out the cost of the part to determine if it was worth repairing or not. I send him the pictures when I got home and he responded first thing the next morning. He took the time to call his parts supplier and got back to me immediately to let me know that the broken part is a part of the actual case and can't be easily or cost-effectively repaired. I appreciated the fact that he took the time to look into the issue and his responsiveness. I will definitely call him the next time I need any of my appliances repaired!

Cost of parts were more than cost of the old washing machine. Will be purchasing a new washing machine.

The service went very well. The provider was very responsive, called before arriving, fixed the driver promptly, and was very professional.

Great experience. Service was prompt and friendly, price seemed fair and was clearly explained, and the repair was quick and effective. Also, no drama at all about applying the Angie's List Big Deal I had bought. It didn't cover the service, but I hadn't really expected it to, and there was no question about the value of it being deducted from my total. Eric was very responsive while fixing a difficult problem with a dishwasher door. He ordered parts and communicated regularly. He worked through multiple issues to fix the problem. He was determined to make sure the issue was fixed. I would definitely use his repair services again.

I called them at 8.30 a.m. and they told me that the technician would be at my house the same day between 2-4 p.m. The technician call me 15 minutes before he showed up as I requested and went straight to diagnosing the problem. He fixed. GREAT SERVICE

This is the second time I call this company. I had a problem with the oven, it wasn't working, he came and after 10 minutes it was working again, he also fixed the light which wasn't working since I moved to this house. I strongly recommend C4 Enterprises, he can solve any kind of problems in the house, and he is a very professional and nice person.
