Very good. Repairman arrived when advised, was communicative and overall positive experience.

Eric was very informative and professional. He informed me that the motor went bad and since it's such an expensive component to replace, it wasn't worth it. Looking for a new washer now, but I appreciate Eric's professionalism and good ethics.

Both times I had to call several times to get a hold of the company. The first time I took them at their word that the Stove could not be repaired. The second time was a refrigerator whose defrost timer was not functioning properly. They supposedly ordered the part but we never heard from them again.

Came out immediately. Asessed the problem and was honest in telling me I needed a new dryer. Fair price.

Eric was great! He was able to fit me into his schedule the same day that I called, which was great, because with school starting next week, I could not be without a dryer! He took his time to listen and diagnose the problem. He recommended a few options for a course of action. Thankfully he was able to fix the problem easily! He was very professional, but really nice and personable at the same time. I appreciated his knowledge and his suggestions on the best course of action. Since I wasn't doing laundry at the time, he said that if there were still issues the next time I did the laundry that I should give him a call. I would absolutely call him again.

Following a very small refrigerator repair - handled by Eric Chacon with such care and concern one would have thought the job was worth a million dollars - I asked Eric to give me a quote for a condo renovation intended to update for sale. While he was extremely busy with jobs, he met with me 3 times to determine the "most cost effective" upgrades, recommending throughout that we "limit" our investment since "most people who purchase a property renovate it to fit their own design preferences." What GC Does That?? We agreed on updating with bamboo flooring throughout, highlighting the grand panoramic landscape from the penthouse windows with lighter window treatments, and upgrading the bathrooms with eco-friendly fixtures. From beginning to end and throughout our project, Eric has been the consummate professional: from working well with the condo association and security desk, being punctual, reliable, and extremely efficient in the progress and completion of each of the job phases, to troubleshooting and resolving unrelated issues - which included an emergency after-hours inspection of our unit when the building a/c leaked, and replacing faulty sensors that caused the leak, among others . We are extremely pleased with the completed renovations and are certain that due to Eric's expertise and prudent recommendations, not only will the upgrades increase the selling price of our unit, they will do so without having costed us a small fortune! Final Cost: $12,400.00.

Eric asked me what was going on with my washer/dryer. He asked a few good questions and explained to me what the issue was based on his experience. He went on to say that based on the age of the unit, the transmission/repair would be cost prohibitive. How often do you see that degree of honesty. He confirmed what I was already thinking. I had to pay extra because the work was more than what the coupon covered. I think I paid 150 bucks on top of the coupon. He had a little problem trying to fix it. He had to come back the following day.

Fantastic- the service tech was very nice and performed great work.

I called first thing in the morning and Eric was able to get over to us by mid-day. Eric broke down the machine and detected that a sensor had gone bad. He replaced the sensor and the dryer was working. The next day we did a wash and used the dryer. The dryer worked for about 20 minutes and then it stopped drying again. I called Eric first thing Saturday morning and he said he would be out by mid-day to assess the situation. Eric came out on Saturday around mid-day he broke the unit down replaced the same part and left it in working order. We have down three loads of wash since then and the dryer is working fine. Eric did not charge us for the second trip or the replacement part. We were very happy and will certainly call upon C4 in the future.

The contractor responded right away to my call regarding the microwave. He looked around for a replacement and in a couple of days came to the house and replaced the handle. He was efficient and very courteous. Thanks and I would use their service again.

Eric arrived on time, did the work, and cleaned up beautifully. He noticed that the dryer vent needs cleaning and recommended I get a company that specializes in that to do it. I was very pleased with his professionalism and skill. I would strongly recommend him.
