He's absolutely excellent! He's heaven sent. He's always on time, very honest, does his work himself and very professional. When he needs help, he oversees that work.

He came and diagnosed and supposedly fixed the problem unfortunately it wasn't fixed. We called him many times. He finally came back 1 time spent 5 min and said he would be back. Never came back never returned our calls.

He checked it, cleaned the duct but he took the extra step and went to the attic. The duct was crushed and flat, he put it back to its form (rounded) and now the dryer works very well, fast and not even on the hottest cycle. I've had this problem for years, I even purchased another dryer thinking that that would solve the problem. Very good service.

Excellent could not have been any better

It went well. Eric was honest and fair for the work performed. my dishwashers board was shot along with my stove. Eric told me that it would not be worth replacing the dishwasher board but he replaced my stove board and got it working again. He did not charge for the service visit as i got the board replaced with him.

He was on time. He is very personable. He could have charge me for more but he did not. He was so honest. He just screwed the host, make it tight. He fixed the problem. And for the dish washer he was very honest to tell me that there might be a debris clogging there and he fixed it.

We had a new garbage disposal which came with the house we recently purchased. Repairman stated it could not be repaired and upsold us to replace it. After it was installed we have had consistent plumbing issues with the water consistently backing up which we did not experience prior to the new garbage disposal and related plumbing. He also agreed to return to look at some other needed repairs. We have never heard from him or his company. We won't use his service again and do not recommend him.

Technician stated wires were burned due to lots of grease and not cost effective to repair.

It took forever to get a hold of them, I didn't write about it in my first evaluation but their response was terrible. The technician went out stated it was the defrost clock and he would have to order it. Never heard from him again and could never reach again.

It went well. I was having problems with my refrigerator, it was leaking water underneath. They were able to fix it, and I did not have to pay anything extra.

He recommended not to repair. Better deal to buy a new one.

C4 arrived for diagnostic on the same day I called them. Then he came back on the next day with the part needed for repair. The faulty valve was replaced quickly and it works for more than a year.

Part was ordered and installed in a timely manner. Eric was personable and professional. I would call them again.

The service worked out. We paid more than the $49 Big Deal. It was a little bit more because the repair was more. I understand the price and it was a fair price. The only thing I was displeased with was when they were supposed to come, they did not come and then, they came another day. It just took a little longer than I expected, but overall, I was happy with the results. When I called the first time, he said it was because it was the holidays and I understand that. When I called initially the first time, he said he had all the stuff on the truck. When he came out, he said he had to order something. I do not kow if it was because he did not have the time to do the job or what it is, but there it was something simple that it should not have taken long.

It was okay. The gentleman came over, he was very professional and very nice. He wasn't able to fix the appliance for me, so I had to purchase a new one. If I had an appliance broken again, instead of paying $50 I would just buy a new one again. One person came out to do the job and it took about 20 minutes. The workers were courteous.

I checked around and found out the dishwasher was made in 1997, so we decided to buy a new one. I very much appreciated Eric's honesty and advice. In the end, we didn't use his services, but his professionalism was impressive. We will use him next time, for sure.
