Description of Work: I called the day I purchased the deal and the tech said he could come out the next day. My fridge was producing water which was collecting on the bottom of the produce bins. He did the entire repair and also replaced the hose for the ice maker (no charge). |I am very satisfied and would not hesitate to call for service if needed.

Description of Work: I called Eric because the trim on my washer had cracked. He was unable to replace it because the manufacturer no longer makes it but he reassured me that it will not affect the performance and it won't leak. But then I asked him about reversing the doors on my washer and dryer. The way they were positioned meant that they both opened into each other and I had to lift the clothes up and over. He figured out that it would be best to switch places and I would just need longer hoses etc... I'm so happy with the change.

Description of Work: Came out to check my dishwasher that would not work. He said I needed to replace it which was something he did not do. He offered to use his wet vac to suction all the smelly water out of the bottom of it for me which was nice. I had purchased the $49 coupon for 1 hr of service, so that is what I paid for this call. Very professional and seemed honest.
