Description of Work: It was a great pleasure to meet Eric. very professional and was able to pinpoint the problem. because the fridge was already out over a week was not in a rush to get C4 to get to us. a little busy as most companies would be after the holiday weekend, so we were gracious to work with them when time allowed them to get to us. everything went smooth and very well and left us with advice on how to move forward on how to maintain in the future. definitely looking forward to seeing Eric again and highly recommend them to anyone for future service and repairs.

Description of Work: Overall very pleased with services provided by C4. The owner, Eric, quickly scheduled an appt to come out to fix my electric range. It took two visits before he was able to determine the problem which ended up being a faulty control panel. Once he advised what it would cost to replace and install the new panel, we agreed to go ahead and have it fixed. It took about 4 days for the part to arrive and then we quickly scheduled a day to have it installed. Eric arrived on time and was very professional. He even called up a week later to follow-up and see if everything was still working fine. We are very happy with the services provided. Cost for the repairs was reasonable given we had purchased a deal and we were credited accordingly.

Description of Work: After looking at the automatic defrost function on refrigerator, he told me it wasn't working but he couldn't get parts for this brand (Daewoo). After I checked with another appliance repair business that also said it was near impossible to get parts for this brand, I ended up buying a new refrigerator (Whirlpool) from Home Depot.

Description of Work: The company owner inspected the refrigerator and advised me of what he believed was wrong with it. He was correct, but could not do the work because it would have voided the warranty since he is not authorized to work on LG brand. He was very nice and efficient. Would call him again to repair other items.

+ -1 moreIt went terrible. This is my fourth review on them including the BBB. This is a company I found on the internet. Tony came out to the house to give us a estimate on a repair to our panel that held the lighting under the microwave. He came dressed professionally and gave us a reasonable quote and completed the repair. On the second service call I noticed there was a communication problem with getting back to us and following through on returned calls, etc. Tony came out again to repair the dishwasher, ordered some panels for the refrigerator and everything was completed. In August of this year I called again regarding a lighting issue that was part of the panel they had installed the year before. After having Tony there a few times and only finding the communication a slight problem we trusted them and left a key for Erik, who I believe is the owner of the company. I called Erik the day he was coming to ask if he wanted me to leave him a check for the service call for $69.00. They normally apply this fee to the repair and deduct it from the total bill. I left him a check and waited to hear from him. When he never called me back to explain what he found (this is what happened in the end with them) he said he needed to speak to Tony and find out if a new panel was installed. I informed him that there was a new panel installed and the lighting issue is what I needed an estimate on. I also told him I had a event at our house the following Sat and was eager to get this repair completed. He assured me he would be back in touch and have the repair completed before our event. Basically, the rest was a nightmare. He took the check, cashed it, and never looked back. Had no intentions of giving us an estimate, informing us of what was wrong or doing the repairs. My calls and texts went unanswered for two days. Finally on the second day a co-worker called the office from her phone and Erik picked right up. Said he was sorry that they were in the "field" for 2 days and would be there between 1 & 5 the next day. I was naïve enough to believe him. They never showed, they never returned my calls an in the end I called an electrician who completed the repair for a service call of $75.00 and $6.00 for the part! Do not use this company. Erik was dishonest, mistrusting, unprofessional and by far the worst experience I have ever had with a company in all the years of dealing with people in business. Be very careful who you get off the internet and always read the reviews.
