+ -1 moreAfter using two previous pest control services, neither was able to eliminate my tick infestation. I basically gave up on using companies and tried myself with very little success. I saw Bug-A-Bug in the neighborhood and upon waving them down told them the problem and the previous failures with the other two companies. They said that for one price they would treat the house and would keep coming back until the problem was solved, no matter how many times it took. Each time they came they did things that the other companies did not, like moving the furniture and flipping the sofas. They came every week for six weeks, treating the house and yard. Now I haven't seen a tick in two weeks. I highly recommend this company, they were great.

+ -1 moreBug-a-Bug has been my exterminator since I moved into my home in 1990. Jose is the best at what he does. It's a family owned business. They are dedicated, responsible and professional. As long as he has been exterminating my home, I have had no problems. If I call him, he comes immediately. I will never use anyone else.
Description of Work: Exterminates the inside and outside of my home.

+ -1 moreWe are very pleased with Jose's quick response, his thorough work, and the fair price. He took the time to explain the issue in detail and what he was doing to remediate it. He uses products that are human and pet safe, too. We have signed up to have Bug-A-Bug spray several times a year to keep the critters at bay.
Description of Work: We noticed tiny flying ants in our master bath and next to an exterior window near the kitchen. A colleague at work recommended Bug-A-Bug. I spoke with Jose on Thursday, and he was able to come out the next morning. He identified the problem (a particular pesky species of ant, we learned later when we looked them up on the internet). Jose sprayed outside, and put down a powdered insect poison on the floor under the tub, in an area that isn't accessible to people or pets, but where there were lots of ant carcasses, and was obviously being used as an entry to our master bath. Jose also pointed out a couple of ways we can remediate to reduce the likelihood of the pests getting in. For example, trimming a few overhanging branches that brush the roof just above the bathroom.
