Michael was very professional, honest and amicable. He responded to my request quickly and scheduled the work right away. He took his time to get the job done right. He cleaned some upholstered chairs that were very dirty and stained. Stains are gone and chairs look like new. Absolutely thrilled with the cleaning of my Oriental rug! The colors are just as vibrant as when I first purchased. (I had forgotten the fringe and lightest color was actually a very light cream until it was cleaned.) It is soft to walk on and there is no odor whatsoever.
