+ -1 moreI was quite pleased with the work that Dave Barcy did. I felt that Dave took pride in his work and paid attention to detail. He was very easy to work with and was always willing to make any necessary modifications as needed. When something unexpected came up, he was there with an easy way to fix it, even when the problem was actually the responsibility of a different sub-contractor.
Description of Work: Dave prepped and painted my newly renovated home office/study, including painting my drop ceiling, walls (2 colors), molding and baseboards and my wooden shutters. He also pressure cleaned my patio and driveway. I actually had hired someone to do the renovations of my home office/study, not realizing that he sub-contracted out for the dry wall and for the painting. So, I really am not able to list a price for the painting of the room, since the cost was part of the overall job. However, I did pay Dave separately for the additional work of painting my triple window shutters, from it's dark wood color, to white. The cost was $200 which was a very fair price for the work involved. The pressure cleaning was $125, which also was an excellent price.
