Description of Work: Retractable Awning with Somfy motor motion sensor, lifetime tenara thread,white powder coated frame, 4-way remote. All went as scheduled. Motor was found to have a factory defect and motor was replaced with upgraded larger motor with no up-charge. Could not have been more satisfied. Price a bit more than other comparable estimates, but feel motor, frame, and awning quality with upgraded thread quality made the difference worth it to us. Staff were well trained and polite.

Description of Work: Nothing. I called to make an appointment to have somebody come out to the house to give me an estimate on awnings. I gave them my phone and email address. Nobody ever called me back ...no email either. I guess they are too busy with all the good reviews

Description of Work: Old awning covering carport was in very bad shape and beyond repair.Martina Robinson came to our home and showed us different colors,materials and shared some ideas that we implemented. She was patient understanding and friendly. The crew came and took measurements and within 3 weeks as promised I got a call from Martina asking us to remove vehicles from driveway as the instalation crew were on there way. We have reccomended this company and Martina to our friends and neighbors already and will continue to do so. Thanks to all parties involved.
