I purchased a blank key online and took it to this locksmith to cut and program. Excellent customer service. Key works like the original. Highly recommend this business.

His work was excellent. He is efficient, friendly and professional.

I was told on the phone that it would cost $85.00 to re-key 2 locks. When the technician arrived (about 30 minutes late), I discovered that he was a contractor from a different company, sent to do the work. I guess they sub out work to others. I then advised the technician that I had 3 locks, and not 2 that needed re-keying, and he told me the cost is now $200.00 I asked how can it possibly be $200.00 if 2 locks was $85.00.... He made no attempt to start any work, until I agreed. Sure he was relatively pleasant, but I felt truly robbed at this stage. I had no choice as time was already against me being near 5pm, and the place needed to be re-keyed that day. Needless to say, I had to pay $200.00. The keys were re-keyed well, and they work fine, just the pricing made me feel duped.

Eleiner Sanchez, the owner is a young Cuban American who started this business and is the sole owner . He was extremely knowledgeable about all types of sophisticated locking mechanisms .

My wife lost her car key and Eleiner was able to come about an hour after calling him (which is what he told me on the phone). He estimated unlocking the car and keying a new electronic key would take 45 minutes and finished in less time. His quote over the phone matched the price we paid. He was very nice and courteous.

My neighbor an elderly lady came to me for help, she had accidently locked herself out of her home. Found this one on Angie's List and called for help. The owner himself realizing this was an older lady responded himself as his other locksmith was busy and was here inside a half hour (Think of it as a police care responding to a code 3 call as it was already sweltering hot outside) and within minutes he had her door open and her back in the house cooling down. His fast response, and professional attitude and concern for her well being definitely puts him at the top of my list should there be another need for a locksmith anywhere locally, I will definitely call him in.

The prices were probably less than half of what the dealership would be charging for the keys. I'll be going back with my wife's car to get an extra keyless entry remote and the price he quoted me for that is MUCH lower than the dealership! All keys worked great! Highly recommended!

Quick, Courteous, Honest, Neat, & Organized. Most reasonable prices in a 10 mile radius. Offered to provide the remote, and also suggested that I could purchase one on eBay, and that he would program it for me, at a very reasonable cost. {Took the suggestion, and was able to find one for $19.00, which I have ordered, and will have Mr. Sanchez program for me.} Mr. Sanchez appears to really like what he does, {and very well done too}.

The locks to my car was non-responsive, even with the key. So I called the locksmith, and he showed up within minutes. He unlocked the car door in less than 5 minutes. I would recommend him to anyone in need of this service.

I have used this locksmith before and he has always been professional and very pleasant. I called this time because my front door lock was getting stuck and hard to open. He had originally installed the lock about two years ago and he still came over and fixed the problem without charging a cent. A and C locksmith is a good resource to have especially in an emergency, I highly recommend this company. It is refreshing to find a company so concerned with customer satisfaction, I would not call anyone else.
