The staff at the company don't have good customer service skills. The real problem was when the two men came to install. I asked them NOT to step on this one tiny tiny piece of decorative grass and even parked my car up against it. I even moved my cars on the driveway so they had plenty of space to walk through and told them they could work on my lawn.They had my whooooole front yard to walk on. They kept climbing over my car and stepping on this one piece of grass and even standing in it. I saw them on camera and when I came around to confront them they got off the grass. I don't know what their mind, if they had one, was thinking but they were doing it deliberately. I then called the company about a situation with the window and you could hear some man yelling on in the background...they had me on speaker. Come to find out it was the owner who refused to give me his name, George Hernandez. I exchanged words with him and thought what an idiot to yell at me and refuse to give his name, like he was a sneak and he was making a fuss about the little tiny piece of decorative grass I didn't want the workers to step on. This company is HORRIBLE. Don't use them!!!! If they cannot even do a little request for a PAYING CLIENT then imagine what will happen if you were not on premise when they were installing. TOTAL HORRIBLE BUSINESS!!!

I will never re commend, do business with or think about this company again, except for posting additional negative reviews any chance and any place I can.

although they are sometimes hard to get a hold of i.e.: answering machines.. they are a family run company and did address our needs and concerns-- while offering a quality product at competitive prices..overall we are pleased with the outcome

I tried to make an appointment with Window Mart but they forgot about me. I tried to use Window Mart to repair my window. They never actually came out to do the work.

I HAD SEVERAL WINDOWS THAT NEEDED REPAIR AND I HOPED THAT THEY COULD BE JUST REPAIRED AND THAT I DID NOT NEED TO REPLACE THEM. THE GENTLEMAN FROM WINDOW MART REPAIRED/SERVICED ALL THE WINDOWS CRANKS, SUPPLIED MISSING PARTS AND PUT THE WINDOWS IN WORKING ORDER. HE CONSULTED ME ON EACH ITEM THAT WAS TO BE REPAIRED AND SOUGHT THE LEAST EXPENSIVE ALTERNATE. I WOULD USE HIS SERVICE AGAIN.

Ordering the doors was very straight forward. Ron Aragunde, part of the family that owns Window Mart, and the carpenter who performs the installation, came out and measured for the doors. After a few days, I received a call from one of the clerks with an estimate that was a few thousand dollars less expensive than an estimate I received three years earlier. I went into the office the next day and gave them a down payment equal to 1/2 the cost of the doors. I was then advised that the doors would arrive in 2 to 3 weeks and then I would be 2nd or 3rd in line for installation. The difficult part came next. I did not hear back from the woman who works the desk at Window. I made multiple calls to Window Mart, but my calls were not returned. I finally got an answer that I would be up in about a week. A week went by, I did not hear back from the clerk, I left 5 messages with Window Mart without a return call. Finally, I had to drive over to the store before I could get an answer. Once the job started, things went pretty smoothly. Ron Aragunde, did a very nice job with the installation and the finish work. The work took about 1 or 2 days longer than estimated, but the end results were very good. I had previously replaced all of my windows with impact glass windows from Window Mart in 2008, and Ron did an excellent job then as well. I would highly recommend the work from Ron Aragunde, and he has done some handy work from me on the side. The people in charge of handling the telephone calls at Window Mart I can not give a positive recommendation.

I found this place after receiving a flyer in the mail ofr 15% off new window orders. Since they were just around the corner, we decided to check them out. This is a small family run business, and the day we went by, Roland (the owner?) was there. He really impressed us by taking the time to explain to us the differences in the window type, even had PGT windows that had been shot at, showing how strong the window was. So we decided to get a quote. I emailed him the measurements and specified that they were to be colonial style. It took 2 weeks to get the quote, I called twice during that time, and spoke to Crystal, his daughter-in-law who works in the shop. She said he was the only one who did the pricing, and he was "working on it." Maybe because we had already gotten a few other quotes, and were eager to make a decision, but none of the other companies took 2 weeks! Finally we got the quote, and it was the best price, so decided to go with them. I called Crystal to set up an appointment with Roland (the guy we had first spoke to) so we could go over the details before signing anything. When I called the day of the appointment, Crystal said Roland wasn't going to be there, but she had all the info. When we arrived at the appointment, we find out the windows weren't colonial style, even thought I'd specified it in my email. Crystal said she hadn't seen the email, and would now have to get a new quote from Roland since Colonial style costs more. The new quote would be next week Monday, since it was the day before the long week-end. So today is Tuesday, the day after I was supposed to get the new quote, and I still haven't heard from them. Which is good, because I'm not going to be using them. I'm all for supporting local small business, but they have to be interested in getting the business as well.

I called the company to get an estimate on repairing a glass bifold door. Serviceman came out who couldn't repair the door and said he would return with the parts. He never returned and the company never called me. I called them and they said they would send someone. Never did. I called to tell them I would be out of town. Called them when I returned and made an appointment for a serviceman. He never kept the appointment and never when I called the company they said they would call him and he would call me. When he never called I called the company again and they said they would find out what happened. It seems he was delayed on another job and didn't think he had to let me know. The company said he would call me right away. Fortunately I didn't wait, as he didn't call for hours. Never use this company if you expect to get your job done.
